The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Thanks a lot to Josephina ma’am for this great experience and stay in Colva, Goa just by the sea! The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning service! The area is great with good veg and non-veg breakfast and lunch/dinner options around. Apart from that all services are available around like taxi, buses, bikes and kirana stores! Great location! Josephina ma’am guided us a lot in terms of the bike rentals! Thanks to her we also got an early check-in and late check-out which helped us relax extra and be more comfortable there! It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best properties at the price point in south goa. we enjoyed the proximity to beaches and things to do. Will definitely recommend and be back on my next trip 👌🏽

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. Highly recommend this gem - we're already planning our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

We initially Booked the property for 3 days but after we have taken look at the place in person we have extended the booking by one more day. One thing to say "Worth the Price" - Best place to be if u want to stay near Candolim, Calangute and Baga. And Surprisingly a responsive host and really had great time staying in the place.

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Private space for family get together and very friendly service overall a peaceful space but restaurant rates was too high so it’s better we order groceries and cook ourselves in the kitchen utensils and everything is provided we can save some money there

Everything was in perfect working condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a supermarket and other essentials just a short walk away. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The society was also very pleasant and secure. Mr. Roy (The Barbozas) was very friendly and responsive host. He provided us with a list of valuable recommendations. He even helped us to locate one car mechanic when our rented car broke down near the property. I stayed at his place with my family and really liked the place. The overall location and ambience of the property is very good. The place is safe, peaceful and enjoyable for any family. I would recommend all travelling to South Goa (2-3 pax) to stay at his place and enjoy the various activities at a walkable distance to the Benaulim beach.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)

I had stayed at Ankur’s place during the first week of June, we had planned for a stay of 2 nights but we needed to extend for a day more and upon checking with her, she readily allowed us to stay for the additional day and also, was flexible with both the check-in as well as check-out timings. The property is close to Dabolim airport and is very peaceful and serene. The check-in and entry to the property was quick and easy. The apartment is maintained well and is exactly as seen in snaps. All amenities were available as mentioned and everything was working fine. Ankur was always available for any query required and was really helpful during our stay. I would really recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to Goa and using this platform.
