Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

We quickly felt at home. Even if it's just a small room on the 2nd floor with integrated small kitchenette and dining table with two chairs, the space was sufficient for two people. The room and the bathroom accessible via the hallway were very clean at check-in. The mattress as well as the topper and bed linens were in extremely good and clean condition. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities (dishes, 1x small pan, 1x large cooking pot, 1x small cooking pot, coffee maker incl. pads, oil / vinegar / salt and pepper, cloth and sponge incl. detergent, Zewa). The balcony directly adjacent to the room was also nice and equipped with a small table with two chairs. From there, in good weather, you could even see the Zugspitze. The almost continuous rainy and cold weather surprised us a bit and made our plans a bit more difficult, but we were still able to do some nice activities.

We spent a weekend here and it was a great stay! Very nice and clean apartment with an amazing mountain view. On our first day the host came by to say hello personally. If you need anything don’t hesitate to ask her! We highly recommend this accommodation. And we’ll be back :)

We were in the accommodation for a few days and we felt very comfortable right away. Communication with Klemens and Judith was also great and questions were answered quickly. Recommendations for the area were also given on request, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect all around!

This is an incredible place with epic views off the balconies and huge sliding windows. We stayed with our kids and had everything we needed, incredibly comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and beautifully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The hosts are really responsive, helpful and kind. They brought us fans when we visited during a hot spell and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. This location is a perfect retreat and/or starting off point for visiting Neuschwanstein and other tourist sites in the area. A wonderful experience!

Excellent stay! Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. Dorothea is a very friendly host with a positive attitude and she is also very accessible. A big plus is the baker who delivers to the apartment, this is also arranged through Dorothea. In short, we recommend this stay 100%!

The apartment is very well maintained, with a small hallway, on the same level as the very nice bathroom. Two steps lead to the living level. The kitchen, dining room and living area are combined in one room. This is very bright and flooded with light. Very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean and in perfect condition. Everything is very neatly processed, whether joints, fixtures or pictures and deco, which are set up, everything is perfect. The bedroom is also very spacious and bright. All rooms are lovingly decorated with small details.

The apartment is really nicely furnished. We felt right at home. The area is great for all kinds of activities, e.g. a fantastic swimming lake can be reached in 5 minutes by car, of course a hiking paradise just around the corner. The Tannheimer Valley is also quickly accessible by car. Communication with Felice was tip top. It was an all-around great vacation for us. I'm sure we'll be back!

This is one of the best AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in…we had an awesome corner room with huge views of Zugspitze Mountain and the whole valley. It was breathtaking! And the apartment itself was bright and cheerful, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our current trip. Fresh bread was available every morning. We had everything we needed to stay in and rest (which we badly needed to do). The location is great; close to mountains and castles, a quaint little town with everything at hand. Finally, you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Highly recommend!!

The stay in the accommodation was all around pleasant! The apartment was clean and furnished with everything important - just like in the description. The location was quiet, with a view of the mountains and ideal for hiking and trail tours. Robert was very friendly and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Clear recommendation!

Everything was great, the apartment was as in the photos and very well equipped. Check-in was very easy and flexible. Nina and Alexander were at our side when questions arose and were always easy to reach - our well-being was important to them. The journey to the accommodation is exciting, but the view is always worth it! We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and courteous hostess and we would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time at Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd for letting us spend such a great time with you.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We were more than satisfied! The apartment is beautiful – modern, stylishly furnished and absolutely clean. The service was truly exceptional - we have rarely been received with such friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness. Everything went smoothly, and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into their work. We would love to come back – a very clear recommendation!

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. Any questions were always answered very promptly. For the journey by car, there are plenty of parking spaces and the surroundings offer many excursion possibilities. Gladly again:)

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

Had a super nice stay. Very hospitably received. We have made beautiful memories and look back on this with a good feeling.
