We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming hostess. We will definitely come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

We had a very nice time at the Airbnb. In Wenns itself, unfortunately, much was closed at the time of our trip, but we were still able to enjoy the time very well in the beautiful surroundings. Beatrice was very friendly, responded very quickly and sent us a very detailed guide for our arrival and departure before arrival, which allowed us to arrive relaxed.

Super nice apartment! Wonderfully quiet and everything is brand new. Lots of extras available such as games and PlayStation. Wonderful beds!

We stayed there only for a night, but it was nice place to stay for a family. Property is very easy to find, it is a road side house and it also has own parking place. Overall it was very convenient and pleasant to stay at Carolin's apartment. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a really pleasant stay in the very nice, tastefully decorated and extremely cozy apartment. During the day we explored the great surroundings and enjoyed the wonderful chilling lounge in the evening. It all met expectations. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was very clean and spatially great for two people. The hosts took very good care of us and always asked if everything was okay. Upon our arrival, we immediately received tips for our vacation and so we were able to discover great hiking trails that we would not have found right away. All around top and recommended 🥰

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well-maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. A lovely, spacious, and fully furnished apartment in the heart of Ötztal. Many shops are within walking distance, including supermarkets, a drugstore, and more. It's also easy to reach various hiking and via ferrata routes by car. A free parking spot is available right next to the house. Finn and his family have been incredibly kind and helpful — we felt very welcomed during our stay. Thank you and wish you all the best!

The apartment is very modern and simply top. You feel like home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

Very nice hosts, we felt welcome right away. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy. From the bedroom window and living room, you had a beautiful view of the Tyrolean mountains. A shopping opportunity and a baker are within walking distance (around the corner), Reutte offers a larger possibility, by car you are here in a few minutes. We would spend our vacation here again anytime.

Great hosts with lovely modern apartment. I used the apartment as a central base for a Ski trip. Very easy to get around with a car but train station is also close. Would recommend the hosts as very friendly and responsive.

The stay with Florian was great and is highly recommended! The apartment is located directly near a supermarket and several restaurants. Florian had many good tips for the area😊. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the cozy bed is also worth mentioning! Thanks Florian, we'll be back 😊

We had a fabulous time at Annemarie's place and this was probably the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The apartment is very large, modern and was spotless. Annemarie was extremely kind, providing ample information on outings, ordering breadrolls from the bakery, even providing us with banana cake one day. The house is beautifully located, with several hiking trails reachable by foot. The village has no shops and one restaurant. The train runs every hour and the next stop has a supermarket and many restaurants. So it's great to have a car to go there, but doable by train.

Welcoming space as described. Rentals attached to a resort near Franz property. Franz and his team have always been very active, good advice and attentive, and always with a smile! Good recommendations have been made to us nearby. The little plus: access to the quick hotel swimming pool through a small pedestrian access from the property.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend getaway in the alps and I would definitely recommend it for groups or families of up to 4 people. The apartment has an amazing view, is very clean, looks just like on the pictures, has a great pool and sauna area, and communication / check-in was flawless. The only small suggestion would be adding a bit more soap for washing dishes and a few additional trash bags. Also the dishwasher was not working perfectly. But those are small fixes and do not change the 5-star rating of the apartment.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We really enjoyed the week for eight in Moritz's place - right on the lake, with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

Communication before and during our stay went super smoothly. We (2 adults and 3 children aged 9, 7 and 6 years old) stayed 6 nights in the beautiful spacious apartment. Neatly tidy all. Clean and equipped with all comforts! We didn't miss anything. A 10-minute drive will take you to the ski slopes.
