The apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished and has a fantastic and idyllic location in the middle of the Black Forest, surrounded by lots of nature and hiking trails. It is also very well equipped. There are many activities in the vicinity such as Steinwasen Park, suspension bridge, toboggan run, waterfall, ski slopes and much more. Shopping is about 5 to 7 km away. Titisee, Feldberg, Schauinsland and much more nearby.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting about everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.

I had a wonderful 9 days with Cor and Jen. Every detail has been thought of in the apartment. The best thing about the Eekhoorn is that you have a terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning and enjoy the day in the sun in the evening. They are great as a host. You really feel that this is what they like to do. Thank you for all the tips, the thinking and in general your hospitality! I will most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment of the Kiefer Family! It is located in a nice village, a good base for exploring the Black Forest. Everything is present in the house and Gerlinde and her husband were very friendly. Definitely recommended! We ate 3 evenings at the neighbors, Hotel Großbach, definitely also recommended ^^

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Bernau im Schwarzwald. Communication with Andreea was excellent – always prompt, clear, and helpful. The location is fantastic, with Hotel Bären right next door offering delicious food and warm service – highly recommended for dinner. The Panoramaweg trail, is a must-do if you’re visiting Bernau. The apartment itself is cozy, well-situated, and very close to many beautiful hikes and attractions around the Black Forest. Overall, a perfect base for a memorable family getaway!

We liked the apartment very much and we felt comfortable! A special plus (especially with a child in the summer) is that the bedroom can be completely darkened with the help of the shutters. The landlord couple was very friendly and stood by us with advice and action. Caution is advised with regard to the road directly adjacent to the house, which, although there is little traffic, is sometimes driven by the locals at significantly excessive speeds. But the landlords can't do anything about it. Overall, we had a very successful stay and would gladly recommend the accommodation!

The apartment is located in a complex with several apartments with good parking. The apartment has everything you need and I felt very comfortable! You can reach everything in the village on foot. The WiFi is not very good (there are occasional interruptions), but sufficient. I can definitely recommend the apartment. The landlord does not respond very quickly to questions. It is best to clarify everything important about the check-in (apartment number and key code) with him 1-2 days in advance.
