Stay in to work, write that blog, cozy up to watch a movie, or read a book. Parking is next to garage in back of house. Entrance is through back gate and backyard. Located across the street from the Regis University Campus, this neighborhood is quiet yet bustling. Take an easy 4-minute walk to the main street for breakfast at the bakery and cafe. In Walking distance of eateries, coffee shops, breweries, bars, & boutiques. Quick 7 min Drive or Lyft/Uber to Downtown Denver. Take Union Station RTD Light Rail to or from Denver International Airport. No Pet Policy is Strict. This home was built in the early 1900's and been remodeled and updated. The one flight of stairs to this basement bedroom are a narrower depth and taller than average stairs. There is one support beam with padding in the bedroom (shown in picture) of 5 ft. 7 in. clearance. The Airbnb hosts upstairs are available to answer any questions, resolve any issues, or provide any recommendations you may need during your stay.
