Recently updated property with renovations matching the photos. They also update two Victorian houses in the front of the property that were updated and used as rooms. Price was great and mostly everything matched the photos on the site and google. For the price it was a great stay.

We loved our stay at the Palmer House. The room was clean and had all of the amenities listed. There were many restaurants in the area and lots of shopping nearby. It was the perfect room for our needs for a weekend in Manchester. We would definitely stay here again.

The Palmer House Resort was a great place to stay for my ski weekend in southern VT. We drove about 20 minutes each to Magic Mountain one day and Stratton the next, and while I wouldn't call this a luxury resort, it was a fantastic alternative to staying at a ski resort in terms of value. The staff were very polite and accommodating, the rooms were clean and as advertised, and we enjoyed being within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Manchester. We were also pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast. I'd happily stay here again.

It was truly awesome to see a well done renovation of a 1950’s motel. The host and reception folks were outstanding. We had fun playing golf and sitting around the fire pit. Loved the place

It felt like a trip back in time with the lodging well kept. Breakfast was limited, but a nice surprise there was anything at all. This place would be very good for families and groups of friends to stay given the ample common areas.

Cute little ski lodge, breakfast area and upstairs lounge area were very nice. Rooms were clean, bed pretty comfortable. Rooms are very small and it was extremely warm in the room. Less than 5 minutes from the mountain and decent amount of restaurant choices close by.

This place is great! The inn itself is clean and safe and it is right across the street from the mountain! You can also take a free shuttle!

Vincent was very responsive, friendly, flexible. It was quiet and clean. He’s a really nice guy and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and bedrooms spacious. Laundry on site was a huge plus. Would stay again!

Overall great experience staying at mountaineer inn. Clean and cozy, great location to mt snow. Hot tub was great!

Loved my stay at the Motel. It was really comfortable and conveniently located for me to get into Manchester. I had a film playing at the Vermont Film and Folklore Festival, so I was only 5-8 minutes from all the festivities. This was a perfect, affordable, and clean place to rest and recharge in between activities. Loved sleeping with the windows open to hear the calming sounds of nature. The fridge came in clutch and found the table to be a great place to get some work done too. Highly recommend staying there!

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. The hotel is perfectly located close to Manchester Center. It was on its own and peaceful and had a beautiful front grass area with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. The room was a great size and very clean, there was Wi-Fi, there was a smart TV so I could stream whatever I wanted, and a small mini fridge with a coffee machine. A lot of people have mentioned the snack lounge and let me tell you it did not disappoint. They keep a pretty much stocked pantry in their lounge, and it was truly appreciated. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful time getting a good night rest here everything-was explained making it a easy as possible to check in. Clean and awesome message to be spread in helping others which is their motto! I definitely would stay there again as we snowboard every weekend this is a great place for a night or two and has beautiful landscape surrounding the property :)

What a wonderful lodge. It was amazing to have two rooms. I wish we came in the warmer months to utilize the pool, paddle court and basketball court. Great place to come with kids.

Beautiful property and nice amenities. We weren’t able to take advantage of most because it was just a quick place to sleep. Just a tip- The light on the AC mini split right above the bed is killer to a light sleeper. 😬 Struggled to get a good nights rest. I suggest an eye mask for those sensitive. But if you won’t be using the AC, it won’t matter. It was still too warm for us not to have it on. The linens were too comfy to remove! Ha! Great stay!

I really enjoyed staying here with my friends while snowboarding. We stayed here for 2 days the place was clean and comfortable. They also have an open snack bar free of cost which was super cool. We felt at home.... loved and cared for. We look forward to coming back.

Very peaceful, quiet, and refreshing. Jacob was always prompt in responding during our booking process, and his attention to detailed “guest book” did away with any questions or need to reach out after we arrived. This is an upper end resort area, definitely not inexpensive, but Jacob provided us with the value and accommodations we were searching for. We are looking forward to a return trip, and most certainly recommend the Brook Bound Inn.

Very happy to find pet friendly accommodations. Hosts provided great instructions and were in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. I was only in the area for one night but it was a good place for a quick stop at with a great price.
