Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

We LOVE this place! Super relaxing, perfect surroundings. The garden is fabulous, we made the most of the sunshine this weekend!

Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay. Stayed here for a wedding at port lympne, very close to the venue! Hosts were amazing & so helpful! Airbnb was immaculate & so clean! Would highly recommend staying here

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

The few days that we spent at The Stables were fabulous. A very charming place. A yummy cake was waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Ideal. Our 4-year old loved the place, his upstairs bedroom and the many games/toys (for any age really)! In a nutshell, don’t hesitate, with the sandy beach literally 15 minutes away, this is the perfect spot! Thanks again Sally for all :)

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Very peaceful and lovely to have an open fire! We had everything we needed only downside was the shower wasn’t very hot and couldn’t be sorted even after leaving the immersion heater to reheat overnight. The bath on the other hand was lovely and warm!

We had a wonderful stay at Katy and Bryan’s cottage—truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced! From great communication at booking to a warm, friendly welcome, everything was perfect. Thoughtful touches like fresh bread and jam, and a bunch of sweet peas made the cottage feel like home. It was spotless, full of charming country details. We especially appreciated 100% cotton sheets and feather cushions. We loved relaxing on the porch, listening to birds, while our dogs enjoyed the garden. Bryan and Katy gave us great walk and beach suggestions and recommended the Wye farmers market—we loved it and brought home lots of goodies! Bryan even shared his kefir grains with us, so we can make our own kefir. We also had a fantastic lunch at the New Flying Horse pub, highly recommended! Thank you again, Katy and Bryan. We hope to return soon!

So lovely was The Piggery we didn’t want to leave! In a beautiful rural setting this cute cottage had everything we needed for a week’s holiday exploring East Sussex, we were so comfortable and our little dog loved the garden.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

Stunning, beautiful, and peaceful location. The pool was warm enough and we had a great time despite some inclement weather! Maria was extremely helpful and left clear instructions, we had a relaxing holiday. Thanks so much Maria!

A really unique place in lovely grounds. As a family with young children the facilities made the stay for us. The Wing itself is nice full of character in terms of the architecture and decor. The place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had the essentials. Only thing I’d say is the bathroom and kitchen could do with a simple modernisation but really nothing to worry about, everything worked fine. The family say they would return so that’s the ultimate verdict.

Safe to say was an amazing stay and couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Great cottage and to have a swimming pool as well topped it all off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had a wonderful stay here with our son and two grandsons. The snooker table, table tennis and tennis court provided endless entertainment. A delightful property and location. Nicola was both welcoming and responsive to any questions

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .
