Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

A Perfect Getaway in Goa! I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Goa with four of my friends, and it was truly the best escape we could’ve asked for! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home and more. The private pool was definitely a highlight—we spent hours relaxing and making the best memories ❤️🎬. We had cozy movie nights, endless laughs, and everything just felt so peaceful and special. It really was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. A big shoutout to our host, Alison, who was incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming from the very start. She made sure we had everything we needed and added such a personal touch to our experience. If you're looking for a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind in Goa, this villa is a must. We had a wonderful New year stay at Isabella. Wahid and his team were polite and responsive. They were always helpful. We were 17 of us and they took care of each one of us. They helped with the party decorations. I will probably return again since we have had a positive experience.

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

The place was fantastic and ideal for a family/group like ours, we had a wonderful time and will surely recommend this place to friends! A few areas that can be focused - while maintenance was generally good, we did have an issue with one of the ACs' on the first night. Secondly, one of the bathrooms had a clogging issue. Both issues were sorted out reasonably quickly. Another point - it says 7 bedrooms on the website, but we were allowed to use only 6, though we were 15 on the first day and 13 on the second. Another suggestion - bath towel supports inside some bathrooms can be explored. All in all, it was an extremely enjoyable stay, and we will surely return when we come in a big group! Thanks to Akash for the smooth checkin and Bikas, who was always willing to support and help, and was always available!

I guess the decision to spend our new years eve at Casa susegad was the best first decision of the year 2020 for us. The property handled by Carole and Norman is a perfect getaway for for us city dwelling folk. The property laid in the lap of nature is simply picturesque. The service is impeccable and the food is to die for. Coupled with the friendly nature of the staff and the always so helpful and joyous hosts our stay was much better than we expected. I recommend a early morning walk and then a nice cool swim followed with a scrumptious breakfast to make your even better. As the name suggests susegad is what every visitor should feel being here.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

Had a great time at this villa . We rented the blue villa. It was well maintained, clean and spacious and everything was perfect. Location - Close to everything yet very peaceful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept as well. The care takers (Umesh, Sapana, Rekha) and the watchman are very hospitable and took great care of us and made us delicious meals upon request. The included breakfast was really good as well: Service with a smile, good communication. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Our stay at Aspire Jia Villas was absolutely perfect. We were a bunch of people looking for a workation and this place was an exact match. The villa was luxurious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. The shared pool was a fantastic and the location in Candolim was ideal - close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping services ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.
