I needed a place last minute for a one-night stay, and Brandon was incredibly responsive (even after 10pm) which made the booking process smooth and stress-free. I was also able to check in early (for a fee), which really helped with my schedule. The space itself was nicely set up and had what I needed for the short stay. I appreciated the flexibility and communication throughout!

House was great. Very convenient to the Masters. Tons of room. Clean. Very well stocked kitchen and the outdoor area is AWESOME! Master is huge and the secondary bedrooms are good sized. Gym is great for a quick workout with dumbbells up to 90#. Owner was great and very responsive. Only issue I would "ding" this place on was that there were no shampoo or bath soap in the master bathroom so you had to get your own and the fish tanks were noisy until we unplugged them (with the owners permission!). Those are super minor in the grand scheme of things. I would still give this place 5 stars. I would definitely rent again.

We stayed at Veena’s house for a month when our home was being restored after a hurricane. Veena was professional, friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Her home is spacious and lovely. We could not have asked for a better experience!

My family and I were in town for the week and absolutely loved this house. They converted the garage into a game room and had a great outdoor living space equipped with a small putting area, cornhole, fire pit, and a small pool to relax in on hot summer days. Fantastic job!

Our stay was amazing. Michael communicated quickly throughout the whole stay. So many cool amenities at the house. Was a great home base for our golf trip!

Home was extremely clean and stocked with essentials. Very cozy. The Best thing of all was the house was all one floor. We took our older parents and didn't have to worry about stair. This was our second time staying at this home. Great host family. Thank you for everything

This was my second time staying at Kim’s place. She is very nice. The place is great! Nice and cold and comfy! I have walked up the street for dinner and ice cream and I have drivin a few minutes away for the same. Easy to get around from there. Relic coffee is a must and Arsenal Tap Room and Kitch!

We are so thankful to have found your home...it is the absolute best we have ever stayed in. All of the thoughtful touches have made us so impressed and at home. There is literally everything here to make a wonderful stay. I own a residential cleaning business and always have to go in and clean anywhere we stay (there is never a superb level of cleanliness)...your home is now the exception. I wish you owned properties every where we want to travel. Thank you for being the BEST, KINDEST, and MOST THOUGHTFUL HOSTS we have ever booked with! Now that we know about Hidden Gem & Hidden Gem II it will be our home away from home when we come to visit our family in Augusta! For anyone booking: any thing you may have forgotten toiletry wise this home has you covered. Also, there were healthy snacks, the best chocolates, & cold drinks were supplied in the fridge. This was especially great since we arrived late..we didn't need to worry about anything to make it through the night and next morning.

Our stay in Demica's home was pleasant. The beds slept comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was also good. My friend and I liked that the neighborhood was quiet. That made for a relaxing visit. Demica was very responsive whenever we made contact. A little tip - If you are looking for something to do, I recommend you visit the art museum in Augusta. It's near the River Walk, and is free to tour on Sundays.

This is my second stay at Number 9. This is a great landing pad for a girls' weekend. proximity to downtown, truly stocked kitchen, and two great porches created a relaxing atmosphere for reconnection and relaxation. The back yard is beautiful, and the mattresses comfortable. Thanks, Jeffrey, for another great stay. Can't say enough good things about your lovely cottage.

Great place to stay for a few months. Convenient location, nice space, all around a great choice! Had a small issue with wasps and Tom was super quick to step up and resolve it. Definitely recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Charles Hammond House, for our daughter’s graduation from AU, James! Thank you, to you and Beverly for making us feel comfortable & that we could reach out if we had a need! (And for allowing us to decorate) We made special memories as we honored her there and were all together as a family! The home was spacious, comfortable beds, lots of history… and just cool! What a cool place! We had a great time looking around this beautiful historic home - side porch, beautiful entry, and comfortable accommodations! Walking distance to the Memorial Park and surrounding area, we had a great stay!

Hosts were very friendly and concerned about my stay and safety. I am a single lady traveling and felt very comfortable with the hosts living upstairs in their own home. Apartment was clean and I enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck watching the Savannah river. Such a gem of a place. Will definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay during Master's week! It was super convenient to the course, especially to the South Gate at Augusta. Carol's place was clean and accurately described in her description. Having high speed wifi and desks helped us to work there virtually. The bed is also super comfortable! Carol went out of her way to communicate recommendations and to clarify directions before our visit. She was also very prompt with all of our questions we had during our stay. Overall a great experience!

This was a cute little place and I loved the location. The house was very flexible with my flight delays! Clean and as described. Very close to the canal trail and the lake, which was really nice with the perfect weather. I'll stay here again if it's available!

My family and I were in town for a wedding. Patricia’s home was perfect for us. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit stopped working but Patricia sent someone out promptly. Probably the best response I’ve ever received from a host. Highly recommend to any family.
