Holiday rentals in Belleplaine

It was good place to stay, house is located in front of ocean shore, beautifull view, cool breeze from the ocean makes your life much more comfortable during hot days. This side of the island does not have beaches so you need to consider renting car otherwise it would be challenging and not practical to commute every day via public transport to the other side of the island if you need good beaches. Another thing you would need to consider is grocery stores. Most of the good and big stores are also on the other side of the island.

House was lovely had a homely feel to it. Area was close to lots of amenities especially the lovely beaches. Grateful that Halim messaged us to make sure everything was OK. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Barbados again.

Mia had to come by at the beginning of my arrival. She fixed an issue right away and we had a great conversation showing me that her friendly nature and helpful personality.

Such a quaint and nice cottage by the beach. I wanted to have a different experience and wanted some time to be connected to nature in its more untouched and natural form. The east coast of Barbados is so underrated but that is a good thing if you’re after a more relaxed and quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the south and west coast. Edmund’s cottage is perfect! It has all the amenities you need to be comfortable, he’s thoughtful and responsive and was very kind enough to provide recommendations and ensure we had all the necessary resources to be comfortable for our stay. It also doesn’t hurt to sit on the patio overlooking the beach and listen to the waves crash at night and watch the sunrise. Will definitely stay here again!!

The cottage is private, not a shared space, which is great. The fire pit is a great addition to just enjoy a fire and some wine or tea. I would definitely do this again.

You couldn’t pick a better beautiful location. The hosts were very responsive to all my queries. The lady that looked over the house, Claudette, was truly amazing, very friendly, full of knowledge of local places to eat and kept the outside of the house pristine. Olivia, who owns the house, was also amazing, very friendly and full of local history and had lots of great stories about the area and the island. Totally relaxing house and beach, great reef just outside the back door where turtles are everyday.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Barbados. It was extremely close to the best beaches and restaurants in the area and it had everything we could possibly need. Ryan greeted us on arrival and showed us around. He even invited us to tag along to the local supermarket to make sure we knew where to go! Through the week, we used lots of Ryan's recommendations for places to eat and they were all fantastic. The apartment is right in between the stunning and peaceful Gibbes Beach and the livelier Mullins Beach. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to both. We really enjoyed how peaceful the apartment was as it is set quite a way back from the road. The garden is stunning and it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace with our breakfast, watching the birds (and occasionally monkeys!). The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was pleasantly cool but had a very efficient ceiling fan and/or air conditioning if needed. Great place - great hosts!

Lovely country get away. I got a chance to see a part of the island less frequented. Immediately felt at home. The bed was comfortable, and loved the baskets and other nice touches. The upcycled door turned mirror. A style photographers dream place. Within minutes of flower cave and the light house. Was so happy host introduced me to what3words app. I was grateful that she let me book for two days (atypical) . I could have stayed longer. I will certainly book again.
