Clean apartment with ample ability to cook and entertain. Quiet area and easy to get around

Adam was a super responsive, accommodating host. The space was clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—it made us look forward to coming back after our long days of exploring the city. Very convenient location, close to the G and A/C trains, with coffee shops, bodegas, bars, and bakeries on the way. The sound machine was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot! Rented city bikes during my stay and rode around easily. Spacious room, super comfortable bed. Hosts were super accommodating and thoughtful. I did assume they were a gay couple (they aren’t!) haha… there is a total of 3 rooms in the apartment. Would book again :)

Kristopher’s place was our home base for a family vacation to NYC. The space was perfect for our family with room for everyone, and it offered us a quiet place to unwind after a busy day. Two nearby subway stations made it a breeze to get around the city. Kristopher was on top of everything. He proactively sent us neighborhood recommendations and things to do. He accommodated our travel schedule so we could leave our luggage before the check-in time. I highly recommend staying here.

My trip was brief, but I was able to feel right at home and relax for the time I was there. Rahul made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable and secure. He’s responsive and personable. I didn’t have much time to interact, but he’s available if you want to chat a bit, while also being respectful if you want privacy. I’m a solo female traveler and felt safe in the area for the most part, as long as you pay attention to your surroundings.

Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

Ed’s place is incredibly charming and cozy. It’s in an amazing location with access to multiple train lines, buses and ferries. So many great restaurants nearby as well as steps to just about anything you need. The stairs are a bit of a workout, but as long as that is something you can do, it’s well worth the climb to this Cobble Hill gem.

Nice, relatively quiet/peaceful Brooklyn neighborhood, easy to park on the street and close to several train lines. Enough space for two couples (if you’re close friends - the murphy bed is in between the back bedroom and the bathroom) or a small family, with a cute little back patio seating area. Sean was especially nice and made check in, etc. super easy. Recommend Before Coffee down the street and the Northern Italian restaurant Testo right next door.

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences my family and I have ever had. Don’t hesitate to book! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this home and the host !

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!

A very cute home! It’s just like home and so cozy. Extremely clean. And OMG we love the shower lol. It’s not too far from the city. We went to the Governs Ball which we definitely recommend!! Really close to the subways and other transportation. Hosts were very friendly and responsive!
