Holiday rentals with a patio in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Our stay at Gonza's in North Bergen was very successful. The accommodation was very easy to find thanks to the description. The entire accommodation was really very clean and equipped as described. We felt very comfortable and it was just the right thing to unwind and rest in the evening after exciting days in New York. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the bus stop, from which you can reach New York in 30 minutes (with good traffic conditions) to 45 minutes (if there is a little more going on). So we always had to plan some travel time, but that was also stated in the description of the accommodation. Gonza was always immediately available for us for questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a New York trip.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

A perfect stay in New York! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The accommodation was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and ideally located in the south of Ludlow Street, right in the middle of a young, dynamic and creative neighborhood. The roof terrace was a real asset, offering a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bedding was of high quality, which allowed us to rest well. Special mention to May, who was very responsive, welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back during our next trip to NYC. Again, thank you for this great experience!

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

Perfect location, just down from the Path station. The accommodations worked out great for 2 adults and 2 teens, so we could have our own areas. Nice quiet area, very pretty, yet super close to NYC. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. We went to Francois's breakfast recommendation and it was fantastic. I would gladly stay here again if I'm back in NYC. I would feel perfectly safe in this area walking back late at night as well. As far a price, there's no way you could get 2 separate living areas (2 hotel rooms) for this amount in the city. Close to perfect.

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

Gabriel’s place is wonderful! My family and I had a great stay. He is extremely responsive (the fastest to respond of any Airbnb host I’ve ever had), was graciously flexible for an early check in, and the place was spotless and newly renovated. The location is perfect for access to the very useful 2 train. Easy ride up to Crown Heights for lots of good restaurants, Prospect Park, etc, and easy to get into Manhattan.

We were in town (Queens) for a little friend/family reunion and needed a place to stay the night. I stayed with my family (wife, 4year old and 2 year old) and another family of three. We had plenty of space, it was clean, and was very easy to park/check in. We were in and out but the pictures and description matched perfectly. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area in the future.

Althea was the most gracious hostess! The neighborhood and home felt incredibly safe and welcoming. She went above and beyond to help us be comfortable during our stay! We would love to come back!

Amanda was attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond to be accommodating. She extended our check out time and offered to pick up anything we may need from Walmart. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was always really clean and really hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Coming back to a place that felt like home after being at a music festival was so comforting. The robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all of the little details throughout the house! Highly recommend!!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great place in a great neighborhood. Easy access to subway. Host lovely to communicate with and fabulous getting to check-out with a to-do list.
