Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

It is located on a quiet family-friendly street. The cottage can fit 5 comfortably. It features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a rollaway single bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen with all of the basic necessities and a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings.
