Lake house holiday rentals in Beaver Creek

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

Jennifer’s place looked just like the photos. There was plenty of room for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family is spread out between the midwest and west. We all met in the "middle" at Ed's place for the holidays and it was magical. It was an easy drive to skiing and we enjoyed the lake just steps behind the house for snowy walks and fat biking. The kitchen was perfect for family meals and had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the play area and had a lot of space to run and play.

cabin was perfect for our ski trip. what a beautiful place to relax after long days on the slopes. Jamie was a great host and we can't wait to come back.

Location was amazing on the lake! 2nd bedroom is a loft that is open to the living area but we were aware of the layout and it worked out perfectly for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely come back

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. This includes 2 sets of parents and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes/pots and pans, as well as condiments, and coffee. It is also only 15 min to Keystone, 20 min to Copper Mt and 25 to Breckenridge. Loved the location!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, and the home is beautiful. Hot tub is a great touch! The beds are really comfortable and we loved our time. Would recommend!

The appliances all worked. The Kitchen was well equipped with knives silverware dishes cups and tools. The hot tub was excess easy to use. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. The location is two minutes from grocery store and two ski shops very nearby. Several restaurants near the Grocery Store and the gas grill worked perfectly. Views are beautiful. Driveway is not paved. Jason was an excellent host easy to work with.

Tracy's home was fantastic and looked just like the listing. The view from the home was incredible. The home easily fit our party of 10 and was perfect for a mountain getaway.

This place was perfect for skiing at Beaver Creek. Location is perfect. It is such a short and easy drive to the resort. The place was very clean and roomy. We had a family of 7 in the house and never felt crowded. The host responded promptly anytime we had a question, very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, view, clean and spacious. Had fun in the hot tub. Great linens and basic items. Overall pleasant The small deck had a great view ( was overlooking a kids area - so had some kid playing noise- but overall great

We had a fabulous time in Frisco. The evenings were spent around the table on the deck - so many stories and shared laughs. Great access to trails, restaurants and shops.

This place is great! The shuttle for the Free Ride is only a 3min walk and it has easy access to the slopes and downtown. We barely ever used our car during the stay. The place is clean, the hot tub is very large, and the kitchen is well equipped!

Incredible stay, exceeding expectations and better than described. House is very spacious (plenty of room for a group of 6) and feels like home.

The Summit Sky Ranch was perfect for a long ski weekend for our family of four. It is close to all of the mountain resorts and there is lots to do and good places to eat in Silverthorne. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and everything you need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

Great central location from Keystone, Copper, Breck, A-basin. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shops within a couple miles. Affordable and very clean. The hosts provided ample information for check-in, amenities, parking, etc. Their response was very fast and were willing to help with any questions. They are remodeling, so future stays can only be a better stay than I experienced. 3/6/2019

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Linda's! It really felt like a home away from home - they have everything you need to drop in and start enjoying your vacation. The location is amazing - a short walk to the grocery, coffee shop, and beautiful Lake Dillon. There are four bedrooms plus a loft with a bed, and extra beds in the downstairs game room - we easily fit our group. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything. We loved the architecture and decor of the house which seems to reflect the history of Leadville. Also, Jenn was awesome. So kind and responsive. We would stay there again.

Good place to stay if you’re looking to ski multiple resorts, right in the middle of all the top ski resorts. Also inna good city with restaurants and other stores at easy convenience.

It was a great stay with plenty of room for the family! Hosts were super responsive with any questions or issues we had and were really flexible on extending our stay an extra day and worked with us on price for the holiday weekend! Thanks!
