Very nice and clean! Loved the beach access and the pool!

Stayed here in early April. We loved that from the main floor we were able to see the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows and watch the dolphins. Loved the open floor plan on the main floor. You could see the view from everywhere. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need to make light lunches or full meals. The beds were very comfortable with quality matresses. Bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. The older kids enjoyed having a large space of their own on the lower floor to hang out, play games and watch movies together while the adults were on the main floor. Even though it was early for the season there was alot to see and do in the area and the pool was already open. We loved that we were able to walk off the back deck straight to the beach along a boardwalk. It made it so easy and convenient to go back and forth when you needed a break or just wanted to go out for a short time. This will be our first choice to stay again on our next visit.

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

Check in procedures were well described & easy to do! Place was easy to locate with friendly staff entire stay! Room was clean & exactly as described! Couldn’t be happier with stay and definitely would visit again!

Terri and David's marina townhome is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location by the marina and views from the decks are beautiful. We especially enjoyed exploring New Bern and the neighboring areas. Hope to return.

Our family stayed for a week and loved every moment. The place was perfectly clean and had everything you might need to feel right at home for a beach trip. Walkable to the beach. Great location and great neighbors. We had to text/call a few times during our stay and they were extremely responsive, while also so respectful of my parents privacy. It made for a wonderful stay! Recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space in the unit, it was tidy, and a great location close to beach, restaurants, and the local attractions.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The elevator was perfect for those with mobility issues. We brought an issue to management's attention (totally our fault, nothing with the home!) and they had someone out for repairs within a day. So responsive and helpful! This section of the beach is lovely. Be aware that at high tide, the water can and does come right up to the stairs and the dune. We were skeptical, being right across from a public parking area and next to the access - but it was always easy to find a spot to set up, despite it being the week of July 4. The pool is a lovely addition to the property! With access limited to the 6 homes, it wasn't busy and was a nice change of pace to cool off - and great for those who don't want to get in the waves. We loved the chairs on the decks! The sound side view was amazing for fireworks - I think I counted 8 different displays. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are NOT huge. Keep that in mind for older kids/adults.

We were so pleased with this place! The best beach place we’ve ever rented and we’ve stayed in a lot. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds, linens, and towels were all very good quality. Quick and easy access to the beach. This is a perfect example of what a beach rental should be. We absolutely plan to return!

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was so clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect location between the beach and the sound. More than enough linens, towels, and amenities were there for our family. The binder full of recommendations was such a great touch. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future. This house was a great location and just as described. We love the cleanliness of the house and how nice and accommodating the host was! Highly recommend staying here!

This was my second time booking a unit with the host and both stays were great! They are very attentive and helpful no matter the time or day. I would recommend anyone to book a stay! I really liked the layout and if there is ever any issues, they will address it in a timely manner. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The home was exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. The home was clean and well stocked with beach amenities, towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. There was ample parking and easy access to the beach with a short walk.

Wonderful stay and great host. The area was perfect and quiet, everything was near by and just easy to navigate and get to. Made our memories down in Top Sail more worth it since our dogs were just as welcomed as we were! We even extended our stay before we felt at home and loved how close the beaches were! Will recommend highly and would love to come back and book again one day!

We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The views from this place are priceless! The kitchen is well equipped. The neighbor next-door was super nice and accommodating. It’s also a really great location. It’s just minutes from Atlantic Beach and Beaufort. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet.

This was our second time staying at Nathan and Wendy’s Airbnb, and we had another great trip! The location is convenient to the beach and the house is comfortable and clean. Nathan and Wendy are proactive in their communication and very responsive. My friends and I had a great time here!

Nicole’s place is super cute, tastefully decorated. It was stocked with every utensil we needed to be cooking in most all our meals PLUS containers for leftovers. Linens were cotton, no poly itchy junk. Loads of beach towels to borrow and all fun stuff like boogie boards and chairs and a CART to pull it all! Laundry was awesome to be able to do and she has a vacuum to clean up anything that got into the house even after we could use the outdoor shower below. The dead end street with a private view of the marsh was gorgeous. Think cranes and blue herons to drink your coffee with. Walk to the beach was close enough to run home and use the bathroom if needed. So convenient! The house was spotless, thank god. One and only downside for our teens was that there really isn’t anything close to “do” aside from beach. Which was exactly why WE loved it. They rode bikes for fun. Restaurants are a drive. Cute Tiki Bar that’s family friendly a block away. Grocery 15-30. Skip Rick’s!
