Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Beaufort

Comfy home in a friendly neighborhood close to all area attractions. Katy is very prompt and friendly to communicate with and accommodated our arrival time. Information booklet in the home was super helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely return! Thanks Katy!

This house was perfect for our family (2 adults + 4 kids). Had everything we needed and a great location- close to our family both in Beaufort and Harkers Island. Jimmy was a great host. Very communicative and very helpful. There is a new DG Market 1 minute away that made grabbing the essential groceries a breeze. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

A beautiful house for our family to enjoy together. Being on the water and having a private pier/dock was so wonderful! Garet was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed to reach out to him throughout the stay! The only thing I would make sure to be aware of is that there are stairs throughout the house. I saw stairs in the photos, but in case you have someone staying who has mobility issues, keep in mind that there are at least 2-3 stairs that you must go up/down to get to any bedroom and the living room area. Wasn’t a huge issue while we were there, but I can see how it could be. All in all, we had a wonderful experience & would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

This was a very nice, private place to stay. The house is beautiful with nice views of the sound. The bedrooms were big and comfortable with comfortable beds. The bathroom and showers were amazing. The kitchen had good amount of space. Outdoors was nice too with firepit and hammock. Comfortable couch and recliner. Nice office area with fast high speed internet. Highly recommend. Fishing was good off of the dock.

Clean, quiet, and as pictured. We wished we had a golf cart, might be worth looking into renting one if you stay here. Beaufort is a sweet area and we enjoyed taking the passenger ferry to Shackleford Banks!

This was our third year in a row staying at Coastal Calm. We love it. We not only love the home, but also the community. We look forward to staying again next summer hopefully for a longer vacation!

The house is great! The yard is perfectly for hanging out in and the little beach that is present when the tide is low is awesome! We went swimming and looked for seashells—just bring water shoes. There are a couple nearby restaurants and stores for groceries. Atlantic Beach and Morehead City are a 30 minute drive too.

This condo was a wonderful location on Atlantic beach. The location is right on the water which made Memorial Day an amazing weekend to get outside super easily and the beach was not that busy since it’s 2ish miles from the main circle. Parking was right next to the condo and only a flight of stairs to the room. The pool and outdoor amenities were great for kids! The condo is pretty tight though so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with 6 full grown adults. But all the pictures showed the unit exactly as it is. Stacy was incredibly helpful for check in and gave clear instructions during and after stay. Would stay again!

Renee’s place is lovely and perfect for anyone wanting a pleasant place to relax. It is completely private in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a getaway to beautiful Harkers Island.

Fantastic stay! Fantastic, relaxing setting.... we loved the view of the water. There were some cute Easter decorations inside. The two dogs that live there are amazing! We missed our dogs so much and loved that theirs came to visit! Perfect stay for our family!

The danger of giving a great review is that the space will be booked all the time since we want to keep coming back again and again. From a spotless apartment, beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds, stocked up kitchen, super fast wifi to a stunning balcony with a million dollar view this place is a gem all around! Imagine sitting on a balcony with dolphins right in front of you AND the wild horses across the bay?! Just don’t forget the binoculars when you come!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

Went for a short trip and the place was great! Location is good, amenities awesome! My nieces really enjoyed the pool and my parents a short walk to the beach! Would recommend 🙂 Communication with host was also quick!

I’ve been a guest at A Place at the Beach in Atlantic Beach for 30 years. I love the property as it has the best pool on the island. Amanda is a great host and always responded to my messages incredibly quickly. If mobility is an issue, the walk to the actual beach may be a bit long. This condo was precisely as pictured. If you require an iron, know there isn’t an ironing board or iron in the unit. As I wasn’t traveling a great distance, I carried my iron from home once I learned from Amanda she wasn’t sure if an iron was there. Towels are provided but expect to do laundry in the washing machine/dryer in the condo as the number of provided wash clothes weren’t enough for 3 people 4 nights. The quality of the towels was quite nice. The kitchen has lots of dishcloths but no drying towels. These details are at all negative just a “heads up.” I’d absolutely rent this unit again as I absolutely love A Place at the Beach! Amanda’s condo didn’t disappoint!

If your looking to get away from society, then this is the place to stay. Absolutely gorgeous views, relaxing surroundings and a wonderful house to bring your family. The house was beautiful with a log cabin feeling like you’re in the mountains. Plenty of space for my family of 5 with a master bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs along with a playroom loft with a Murphy bed that can fit 2 kids. Society, groceries, and food places are a good 20 min drive which is perfect for getting what you need or having a place to eat or takeout. Liz was an absolute pleasure to work with and would get back to me via messaging instantly and would even ask her husband if I would give her a curveball kinda question. Highly recommend this home to get away and have a great experience with your family.

Our stay was very comfortable and the views ew of the lake was beautiful sun rise and sunset . We enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed fishing . We will be going back for another visit . The playground will be built soon he said and I know the kids will love that . The cabins are so beautiful and the screened in porch was an added plus . The fire pit and grill was great . Thank you again The Lake resort is a best Anniversary getaway we have done .

This house was perfect for a guys fishing trip. Plenty of room for us and the boats and great proximity to the boat ramp .

The Lakes RV & Campground is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in a “tiny house” along a lake that is brand new. They had all amenities including dishware, towels, blankets, screened in porch, grill for charcoal, etc. and a really nice pool on the property! Michael was a great “Host” and was readily available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to all!

Beautiful location with great views! The cabin fit myself, my husband, and our daughter comfortably and was stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and other basics such as sheets and towels. There was no oven but there was a toaster, stovetop, microwave, and single-cup coffeemaker which worked out great for cooking meals at the cabin. The screened-in porch was perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning and meals throughout the day. We enjoyed the walking trail and hanging out at the dock. We saw cool wildlife such as herons, frogs, and turtles. The cabins have a great location onsite, and they include a decent amount of space outside around the cabin. We enjoyed chatting with our neighbors in the cabin next door. The manager, Michael, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He responded immediately when we reached out, literally within seconds! He was also flexible with early check-in and late check-out. All in all, this was a great place and I'd highly recommend it!

This little cabin was in a secluded little spot off the main road. The bnb was spotless and we had everything we needed for our one night stay. The linens were new and very clean. My husband and I stayed with our pup on a long trip from Florida to Ocracoke (to catch the ferry the next day~ 35 min drive) and it was the PERFECT relaxing overnight getaway after a long drive. We saw mentions of lightening bugs in the reviews and were lucky enough to enjoy them during our stay as well! We were thrilled, as we haven’t seen lightning bugs in 10 + years. A storm rolled in overnight and the sound of rain on the cabin was so relaxing. I know these aren’t all things that Lianne had control of, but they were the cherry on top of this perfect little bnb. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
