Holiday rentals with a pool in Beacon

This was our second time back at the house and we felt right at home. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Everything is well thought out for guests. The space is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. There is really no need to venture out since everything is at your fingertips - from the pool, the fire pit, the grill and large open spaces to hang out both inside and outside. It’s very well situated and close to a number of great places in the area including Inness and Cherries. We celebrated our sister’s birthday at the house and it was perfect - made a lot of lasting memories, with friends and family. Amy was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and very thoughtful. We are very familiar with the area but she made great suggestions for us to visit, that we hadn’t heard of before. We will definitely be back!

I had an incredible experience staying at Sunny's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Sunny was an outstanding host: friendly, responsive. The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and you can tell that Sunny really cares about his guests’ experience. This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Canopy Hill House was a really lovely homebase for our family to explore the Catskills. We loved coming back from long days to soak in the hot tub, take in the view, and cook in the well appointed kitchen. The local recommendations that Amanda provided were really helpful, as it was our first time to the area. Our kids loved the selection of card games. The house was very comfortable and had a great aura.

We had a great stay at Nathan’s place. The playroom was great for our kids and we all enjoyed the pool. The view was also beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, well built house with great views of woods and stream, well equipped kitchen. My husband, son and I really enjoyed staying there, while visiting family, even during some of the coldest days of the winter. We would love to come back at a time when we can take advantage of the deck and pool!

Jad was an amazing host. Super responsive and always aiming to make us comfortable and make sure our needs or requests were addressed. Clearly, he's put a lot of work into this unique property. It housed our extended family of 8 well. He was super flexible about checking in as we arrived earlier and the property was ready. This made for a much less hectic day on our first day. Highly recommend this cottage. He even had the pool ready for our use, but the unseasonably cold weather prevented us from enjoying the pool. Thanks for being so responsive.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vernon, New Jersey, right by Mountain Creek. The one-bedroom space was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and inviting. The accommodations, including the pool and hot tubs, and sauna were fantastic and easily accessible. The host was very responsive to messages, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic family weekend getaway at Chris’s place. The room was spotless and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. Chris was an outstanding host—very responsive and incredibly informative, providing all the details we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Kristof’s studios at The Appalachian. As last time, he was great to rent from and very responsive. The studio was perfect for our needs as we were there for a downhill mountain bike race. It was great to be onsite the whole weekend. The studio has everything you need and being on the second floor was nice.

My wife and I had a great stay at Paul’s place. Very clean and just as described. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Massimo was the absolute best and sweetest, honest, helpful, generous, considerate person I’ve ever worked with on here. His home was so beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. He even provided snacks, water, and mash mellows and graham crackers along with the sticks if we wanted to use the onsite bonfire. He thought of everything down to little candy in trays, chocolates , probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in. There was not 1 thing about this trip I could complain about. I bragged to my friends who came over how amazing he was even at responding when I got lost. I’ve recommended him to a few people already so I hope he gets an abundance of business. It was worth every penny. He is an exceptional host and person. I will make it back to stay again. If you’re looking for pure comfort and ease don’t waste a burger second and book ! His place is worth it. Thank you so much Massimo you made my birthday amazing!!!!

It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.

Not big on writing reviews, but had no issues at all with anything associated with this booking. The room was clean, access was easy and everything stayed in the welcome package was perfect.
