Apartment was amazing, it was great for our weekend with my sister and it was just a 2 min walk to her place.

I had a great stay with all essential amenities, easy-to-find location, clear check-in instructions, convenient parking, a very responsive host, and fantastic views—no complaints, just fantastic!

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the MCG and within walking distance to many fine restaurants. The balcony and the view were my favourite. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. I would certainly stay here again.

I loved my stay at John’s place! The apartment was lovely, airy & spacious with great views out over the treetops. I really enjoyed the arty touches around the place, not to mention the very comfy bed. The electric blanket was a nice surprise! Transport was plentiful & nearby to wherever I wanted to go, and it was a quick walk up to all the shops & restaurants of Clarendon St and South Melbourne Market. John was a great host, he sent me very clear instructions for how to get in on my arrival, and even arranged an early check in for me. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne! Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend My parents had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was exceptionally well-priced for the area, especially considering the high standard of comfort and quality. It was pristinely clean and well-equipped with everything they could possibly need. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions or needs I had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay. Would love to return!

This is the second time we have used Nathan's unit. We will use it on our next trip if it is free. Nice unit, well equipped, in a location that suits us. Walkable to Glenfrie Rd and Station so lots near by.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Spent nearly five weeks in Suzanne’s apartment spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a long stay very spacious and the bed was really comfortable took some getting used to not a lot of natural sunlight but the beautiful garden terrace made up for that .Suzanne was very responsive and answered any query very quickly .The apartment was in a perfect location and we would definitely stay again.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Kelvis place was fantastic!! Perfect location, great communication and was made life so easy!! Definitely value for money!

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely area in Melbourne with easy tram access to the CBD. Could not ask for more … Jonathan is very responsive and we greatly appreciate the flexibilities to have an early check in as we arrive verly early in Melbourne. Love the super comfy bed, linen luxury, squeky clean bathroom and complete kitchen amenities. Would love to come back!!!

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

The best Airbnb experience I had so far. Mr Simon is really caring for his clients. I am looking forward to booking his place again. Very homy, comfy and cozy!

Simon and Pier are great host. Check in was very easy. The place is very nice and has lots to do, from board games to books and local melbourne recommendation guides. So close to everything, tram, DFO, restaurants and casino night life. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Melbourne.

Staying on Vincent’s property is impressive. All the rooms are spotless and towels, kitchenwares, two spot parking (underneath building) are provided. The views are absolutely gorgeous both day and night time. Trust me! It looks even better in the real scenario than in the pictures. Please don’t be hesitate to reserve the place. It’s very convenient to commute. 📍 Groceries store (Coles, Asian Marts, Bottle-O, liquorland) 📍 24 hours fast-food nearby 📍 Free Tram Zone (30, 86, 96) all running to the city. (96 passing through Crown Casino and end at St.Kilda) 📍 5 mins walk to the main train station (southern cross) 📍 5 mins walk to bus station The hosts are super helpful, we literally forgot an iPad on the night and they return it to me in the next day (Thank God)

A wonderful place to stay. The most confusing thing was that the building has a very large 380 above the door, when the address is actually 371. Other than this, the apartment was very neat with an amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay!
