Holiday rentals with a patio in Bayrischzell

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small touches everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! The contact was very warm. Thank you Angelika for everything, we can only highly recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

The apartment is super large, very clean and above all quiet. Even if it sounds stupid, the existing vacuum cleaner in the apartment was really good for 5 people. The location is quiet, but still central towards Söll and Ellmau. Hikes are also possible directly from the apartment. Hubert is very friendly and you feel right at home in the accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay at Simone’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, but also close to the lake, shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Simone was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during my stay—it made things so convenient. Highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again!

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town by the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. We only had a short stay at Dagmar's and felt very comfortable. The area is a dream, especially when the weather is good. Everything worked out great, the amenities and location are great. We will be happy to come back.

A great accommodation....one of the most beautiful we have booked on Airbnb so far. Everything was great and everything you need was available. We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic - nature begins right at the doorstep, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We were traveling with four people plus baby and had plenty of space - both inside and outside. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time - we will be happy to come back!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease - almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
