Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

We had a lovely stay in this cute and cozy apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to the center of Munich. Highly recommended!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We were at Villa Lotta over Pentecost and felt very comfortable. Kristina is really a super host and has made an extreme effort to fulfill all my requests and wishes. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great, so we could not use the beautiful garden seating area and the large grill as they deserved. The house itself is - as others have already written - very personally furnished. Lots of bells and whistles and pictures everywhere. I liked that, but not all of my companions. We agreed on this over the large dining table, which was great, especially for playing. The sauna is apparently great, I wasn't there, but the users thought it was great. The kitchen is a bit small, but very functional. Two refrigerators (wow!), great oven, lots of dishes, pots and appliances.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation again through Airbnb.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 4 great days at the Gmaiserhof. Our landlady Marlene was very friendly and - despite a 2-hour delay - greeted us personally and showed and explained everything to us. Thank you so much for your patience!! :-) The house is really big and is located in a quiet environment with a beautiful view of the mountain panorama. The house was very cozy and everything you need was available. The kitchen was well equipped and in the pantry we had plenty of space for drinks and food. The bedrooms were cozy. We felt comfortable right from the start. Unfortunately, the days were over way too fast, but we would love to come back!! The house is ideal for families and groups who would like to spend time together in a rustic, beautiful house in a wonderful environment.

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Beautiful, old, quaint home with modern accents such as kitchen(equipped with everything) bathrooms, showers. Very clean. Superbly located on the mountainside with great views of the mountains, the Wendelstein cable car,... Many possibilities for hiking, train station for trips to Bayrischzell or to Munich . Lake Schliersee and Tegernsee are easily accessible by car. Nice, friendly contact with the landlady and very quick responses to questions Since we also had great weather at the end of October in early November it was a perfect week

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

although we had one problem the host was very helpful and delt with the problem quickly and the best she could. We was happy with outcome.
