We really enjoyed our stay. The bed slept like a dream. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend.

Who knew northwest Alabama was hiding a gem like this? This cabin was exactly what we were hoping for—a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Time seemed to slow down the moment we arrived. Peaceful doesn’t even begin to cover it. We spent hours fishing off the dock just a short stroll from the cabin, and the beds? Slept like a dream. Our kids had a blast, our pup felt right at home, and we left feeling rested and grateful. Gabby was an incredible host—kind, quick to respond, and made everything easy. Already planning our return trip!

my tournament partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. it was very peaceful and relaxing. it was really great how close it is to the boat ramps. Elena's really awesome. when I had questions, she would answer them very quickly.

The place is private and beautiful. The hot tub is located on the back porch which overlooks the private lake. The lake is full of bass! The house is perfect for large families or for sharing with friends. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on each side of the house. There are miles of hiking, biking, and ATV trails just down the road at Trace STate Park. Thanks for making our trip to Mississippi unforgettable!

House was perfect for our needs plus the hottub was a bonus. Bed very comfortable and hosts were wonderful.

We were very pleased with the cabin. It was clean, spacious, and overlooked parts of the water. We took our boat and stored it right across the highway and could walk over with no problem. We loved the back porch because it was covered and had plenty of seating for the family. It over looked a restaurant across the street and can watch all the boats coming and going. We will definitely plan a trip back. Everything was very convenient to us.

Eric was an awesome host. His place was within earshot of Shiloh National Battlefield. It's in nature, peaceful and quiet. My wife and I slept like babies.

Great Cabin especially if you want to explore the middle to lower sections of Pickwick lake. Had everything we needed for the weekend!!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin! The full kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed—sheet pans, skillets, a gas stove, plenty of knives and dishes, and a large fridge, which made cooking super easy. The cabin had two porches that were perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. The queen bedroom was comfy, and the hot shower came stocked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash—super convenient. Upstairs, there were four beds with plenty of covers and A/C, making it comfortable for everyone. We spent evening around the fire pit, playing music and hanging out under the stars. The trails were beautiful, and the host was very helpful in pointing us toward a gorgeous nearby waterfall we wouldn’t have found on our own. Overall, it was peaceful, clean, and well-stocked—just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay.This was a fishing trip for us and it was great. Close to the boat launch . Quiet location. It would be great just for a secluded get away.

Lovely cabin with beautiful lake view. Fun, rustic experience with nice amenities and wood burning fire place. Nearby restaurant food and service was excellent! Perfect for visiting our son at Itawamba! Will return for home basbeall games!

Very well crafted cabin with beautiful surroundings. Nice stopping place on our way back up north from spring break. Hosts Jason & Michelle were very gracious and responsive. We would consider staying here again if our travels bring us back through this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Cabin this weekend. LOVE the screened in porch on the front of the house and the deck out back. The house was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The house was also SUPER CLEAN! Very short drive to boat docks and restaurants. We hope to visit there again soon and hopefully get to stay in this super cute place. Brandi was just a text away and friendly. Thanks to our awesome hosts for sharing their lake house with us!

This cabin is wonderful! The wrap around porch is amazing and was my absolute favorite place to be. When you walk inside the cabin you have the kitchen and living room space with tv and also a bathroom with shower tucked to the side. You go downstairs and there are the two smaller rooms with beds and also a little sitting room with a tv and a couch big enough to sleep on. If you come back up to the kitchen/living room level you can then go upstairs to find the master suite. This was perfect for a weekend getaway and I was highly recommend it to others.

Super cute little cabin! Dog friendly which was great. Nice area to visit Alabama. Host is also super friendly and helpful!
