In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool ground floor) . It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will taste the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location , comfort and calm with the sound of the sea too!

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Quiberon: nice beach home

On the ground floor of a house with a separate entrance, this peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This rental is suitable for two adults and 2/3 children. 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, terrace, garden, parking space for one car. Very quiet neighborhood, ideal location, close to the city center, Port Maria, beaches, the wild coast and its coastal trails. Everything is possible on foot or by bike.

Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

"L'Etage" est un grand studio classé "Meublé de Tourisme" situé à l'entrée de la Presqu'île de Quiberon à proximité des plages, des spots de surf, de kite et des sites d'intérêts (Mégalithes, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34... ). Nous l'avons conçu avec grand soin pour nos retours de l'étranger où nous vivons. Vous apprécierez son ambiance agréable et reposante ! Independent room within house.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

Welcome to our little cocoon 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our home to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. After a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a private outdoor area and relax in the jacuzzi. See you soon

20 m2 renovated, air-conditioned and fully-equipped accommodation. It's comfortable, quiet and bright. On sunny days, you will enjoy your private and unoverlooked terrace. It is suitable for a person or a couple with a baby. Free street parking is available. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.
