We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very responsive, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean and easy to get to. Its location is fantastic. It is close to downtown Biarritz, a short walk to the market, and about 10 - 15 minutes to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment has one shower and one bathtub, each located in a bedroom. This setup might require a bit of coordination if multiple people need to use them or want some privacy. There is a washing machine and dryer available on the bottom floor. One thing to note is that the apartment is at the top of four flights of stairs, not including the ones to get into the building. It may be something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a place close to the beach, market, and downtown Biarritz!

We spent two days at Christine's, everything is impeccable. We had a very good welcome, the accommodation is very clean, very well located for the beach, and bike or walking trips. The location of the accommodation with the garden with the view of the cove of Penfoulic is very pleasant. It's a good place for a vacation for two.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in Monica’s apartment and enjoyed every minute. Opening the big windows to hear the trees rustling and birds in the park singing whilst we drank our coffee was lovely. Monica was an excellent host and when we come to Bordeaux again this is the apartment we would choose.

The place was fine, although some things could be improved, it would have to be a little more mime. The hostess of 10, very nice and attentive. He lives next door so no issues, he let us park in the door. The place is very quiet. There was a dishwasher that is quite helpful and the shower was really nice.

A perfect stay in Saint-Martin-de-Ré! The accommodation is in a great location, directly on the harbor, allowing you to do anything on foot. Very clean, well-equipped, and special mention for the bike yard, super convenient for exploring the island. We loved our weekend and will be back without hesitation. Thank you for the welcome!

Wonderful stay, this penthouse has a lot of light, it is very nice and is simply but tastefully decorated. Despite not being very large, for a couple it has absolutely everything you need. Thank you very much Iago and Marga.

Very comfortable accommodation with a multitude of services that makes the stay very pleasant. It is located close to places to visit and the tram. The parking offered with the accommodation is valuable because parking in the neighborhood is for a fee. Yves is a considerate host and very available. We warmly recommend this good place.
