This is a fantastic house! Private, quiet, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The yard is beautiful and the heated pool is a delight. There are lots of things to do. We all had a great week there.

No other words but simply OUTSTANDING!! From our amazing welcome to the stunning house, we honestly could not of asked for anything more. Tebo was there to greet us on arrival and was always on the other end of the phone if we had a query regarding the home to recommendations in Bordeaux. We can’t wait to revisit this home soon, felt like home from home. Our suggestion would be to ignore any bad reviews and visit this stunning home.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

There were four of us and we had a wonderful stay in Marie-Sarah & Josselin's beautiful house by the sea. The house is very cozy and well laid out. We lacked nothing and were overwhelmed every time we looked out the windows or the porch door. The view of the sea will accompany us for a long time to come. Marie-Sarah & Josselin were very good hosts. Requested insider tips for the area came as a highly professional and beautifully designed PDF. We can only highly recommend the house, the area and the hosts ❤️

Excellent stay at Laura and Nicolas's. Very responsive hosts to messages from the time of booking to the end. Accommodation as in the photos, impeccable. We had taken the jars, the food is very good too. Private and quiet, a beautiful place to spend a little time with your partner. Thankyou for the great stay.

Great stay in Quiberon. The house is conveniently located with direct access to the beach (ideal with young children). The layout of the house is very nice and friendly. Parking 2 spaces is a real plus. A first for us in this region and definitely not the last.

We had a great time in this beautifully decorated and perfectly clean house. The kitchen is well equipped, which makes meals on site very pleasant. The beds are comfortable and allowed everyone to rest well. The hot tub was particularly appreciated by children, a real plus for a family holiday. Small downside: the staircase leading upstairs is quite steep and can be a risk, especially for young children or people with mobility difficulties.

We came to spend the weekend on Pornic as part of a thalasso. We found Nicolas' place to be very well decorated. The outdoor space is beautiful! Nicolas is concerned about the well-being of guests. A gift was waiting for us when we arrived and his advice on the surroundings is a plus. So that we could arrive earlier and avoid the rain with a baby, Nicolas asked the cleaning service to prepare for our arrival earlier. We think that's why the cleaning wasn't perfect. On the other hand, the bed linen and all the hygiene amenities were great! O'Maley is adorable. 😍 The rental is close to the thalasso and the center of Pornic. In short, we had a lovely stay.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Very satisfied with the accommodation offered by Emmanuelle, the location is ideal for enjoying Sauzon and the island (close to shops, the port, the GR and the bus line) The accommodation is clean, functional and well-equipped. The exterior is a real plus to enjoy the stay. I would highly recommend it

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Beautiful house and decorated with great taste (bravo Susanna, it was nice to observe every little detail of the decoration whether it's the cords in the corners of the walls, the small whale tails serving as a closet door, or the "light fixture" made of ropes and light bulbs, there is idea and originality in the m2😊) The place is quiet and soothing while being close to the coast and shops. You feel very quickly at home, and we were torn between visiting the area and enjoying the feeling of peace and well-being that emanates from this house. We had a very good stay and the next trip is already booked in this beautiful place. The instructions given by Baptiste were clear and he was very responsive to any questions asked. In addition, apple juices from their orchards were offered for sale (really excellent and it was nice to have the family taste it when they returned from the stay). See you soon and thank you

We had a great family stay in this beautiful modern villa, super equipped and comfortable with high-end amenities and finishes. This villa is very well located in a quiet and residential area, a few steps from the beach. Everything is as described. Many thanks to Audrey for making sure the pool was well heated. We will gladly return on a future occasion. On the way back we visited the Puy du Fou for 2 days and stayed in the beautiful Hotel du Parc de Landreau in Les Herbiers.

Beautiful, well decorated and stocked home! We loved staying in this home and it was close to all of the activities we were in town for. We had plenty of space and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Excellent communication with Sophie before, during, after the stay. A carefully decorated house where everything is perfectly functional and suitable. A place of tranquility where it's good to do nothing. Essential shops are nearby and within walking distance. The small park in front of the house is also a plus and what about the beach which is just at the end of the street. A week of pleasure to repeat. Ideal house for holidays, neat, beautiful, extremely practical, everything is thought for a very appreciable comfort of life. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood a few minutes from the sea. Vanessa has shown herself to be very receptive and available… To be recommended without hesitation

Very good stay in this almost new apartment, nicely decorated and furnished. Too bad there's no dishwasher. Also note that the accommodation is adjoining that of the owners and shares the same terrace. During our stay, the owners were away, but this proximity could be annoying for some travelers.
