Boat holiday rentals in Bay of Biscay

Gilles is very friendly, he shares his knowledge of the island and the sea, very serious if you go to sea with him, we had a lovely stay.

Go there with your eyes closed!!! You will be greeted by Sylvie, an extraordinary person :)) The boat is spacious and comfortable. Very well located in Port Louis where people are always ready to chat and have fun with curious tourists. You will have an extraordinary experience on this fabulous ship, but in a simple way. Feel free to have a coffee in the morning at the tobacco bar overlooking the port and dine at the sailors' canteen. With a smile you can have a good breakfast at Tan Louise's :)) A huge thank you to Thomas and Sylvie who made us dream the space of a weekend 😊

Atypical accommodation in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the train station. 8 people on the boat is intimate but friendly and nice. Comfortable boat berths and everyone found their place according to their size. Stephane is very friendly and very accommodating for the time of arrival and departure. In addition to the boat's sanitary facilities, we have access to the sanitary facilities of the harbour master's office. Possibility of attaching bikes to the boat. I highly recommend it.

It was a very nice break, in an amazing location! Our hosts were very accommodating and generous with practical advice; the layout of the houseboat is quality and extremely well thought out. Very good spot that I recommend to everyone interested in an original stay in the heart of the city of Nantes!

Weekend of the ascent for which we had rented the 3 boats offered because we were 11 people (6 adults + 3 teenagers + 2 children) and no problem sleeping everyone. Gilles is a very attentive host with his tenants and gives very good advice. He loves his island and boats and loves to share his passions. The location is very good because it is peaceful and not far from everything. The sea trip offered by Gilles was excellent and we had a great time. If we had to make a single comment it would be on the pillows that are a little flat (it's really to say that we make a note). Don't hesitate to do it with children, they'll love it and the place is very secure.

We were traveling for work and it adapted great! Very flexible with schedules and the boat was amazing! We'll be back

My two friends and I had a great time sleeping on Antonio's boat in Puerto Chico! It is a great location, in the middle of the route from Centro Botin to Sardinero...it was really a convenient spot to spend our weekend. I will say that this boat is a camping experience in the sense that you don't get a private shower or a private potty experience, but it was still a cute space that I could feel was filled with lots of sailor stories. There is not a kitchen space but you won't fall short of magnificent places to dine and he'll be sure to give you a few reccs too! Antonio was especially communicative (which I always value in a host.) Over all, we had a good time. You will not have all the commodities at your feet, but you sure will go to sleep soundly rocking to the rhythm of the port waves:)

I stayed with my 9-year-old daughter on the sailboat for one night, the setting is superb, quiet, privileged. We were very well received by Nicolas, available, friendly, responsive and attentive. The boat is as advertised, perfect for a short atypical stay, good value for money. We recommend it!!! Thank you Nico and see you soon!

What a pleasure to believe oneself to be the captain of a luxurious yacht for a few hours. Very nice boat with 2 cabins each with a large bed and toilet. The boat is a stone's throw from a very beautiful beach and all amenities are accessible. The city of La Rochelle is accessible in a few minutes by car or by a boat shuttle. great experience and much better than a night in a hotel!!

We were welcomed very well, everything was well equipped and the charm of the accommodation and the setting was at the rendezvous, it was only missing the sun to fully enjoy the outdoors!

nothing and everything to say in fact, a ship just as extraordinary as its owner (warm ,welcoming...), a very proactive communication with David, a concern about the perfect detail (welcome gifts,a great place...) yet I am not at my first rental of this style of accommodation but much above the others without exaggerating, i highly recommend it by the way I would definitely renew my stay at his place

Very available and responsive host. Our boarding was very easy thanks to his clear and precise information. The boat is very clean and well maintained. Simon was able to welcome us with beautiful attentions. The location is great: you can observe the seabirds and what could be better than a night closer to the water rocked by the sea and especially quiet. Thanks to Simon! I highly recommend Simon and his boat.

Gilles is a remarkable host and captain, very good sailor always ready to offer superb boat rides with the added bonus of the history of the islands and areas visited which gives an additional dimension to the stay. When we add to all this our various unexpected adventures, going to port joinville hectic but awesome, delayed return by a few days because of the weather but super welcome, the fear when Gilles is attacked by a hornet in the open sea, and then the surprises of the return like bassan fools and dolphins!!! A wonder We loved the 2 boats but with a preference for Asterix which is to our liking the ideal boat for a trip to the sea and on the island of yeu, even if Panoramix is very pleasant too We are already planning our next stay on these same boats and of course with the same CAPTAIN GILLES!!! Thanks again captain 😉🙏

One of the best stays I've ever had. The sailboat on the port is really great. Of course, you have to understand that it's small and less comfortable than an apartment, but frankly it's so nice to be rocked by the water at night and enjoy the location in the port. Alexandre is a perfect host, welcoming and friendly. In short, for those who want to discover La Rochelle, it's a great deal.

Maxime is responsive and caring with his tenants. The boat is very nice for a unique stay. And the little welcome gifts are really nice.

We came for the start of the Vendée Globe. We were warmly welcomed by Dominique on his boat, ideally located in the port and were able to enjoy the event in the best conditions. The boat is comfortable, there were 4 of us on board and we didn't want for anything. Thanks again to Dominique for hosting us and for her kindness, which helped make our stay unforgettable.
