Nice accommodation in an old and very authentic country house. We have stayed several times at Bernadette's, who is a very friendly hostess. When the season allows, lunch and coffee breaks in the garden are highly appreciated. Beautiful location to discover the Blaye region and surroundings. We recommend it.

Just like the photo. Excellent stay for 4 of us. kids took the bunk bed and couple took sofa bed. Owners are always reachable and very kind. park your car in the front. Easy to go anywhere. Nice view,many sheeps in the front. even though it is close to the road. we heard nothing, plus a comfortable sofa bed, what else? Thanks a lot

We felt right at home. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive. Jean Michel took us to feed the chickens and collect eggs. He even took us to his house while Nadine cooked some delicious sweets that she shared with us. My 4-year-old daughter has been very happy. We went with our dog and she enjoyed the large space and garden. The house is super complete, it has everything. Rural but perfect location to visit the vineyards of Blaye. The jacuzzi overlooking the countryside is a plus.

Just perfect - quirky little house with everything you could possibly need, and the comfiest beds imaginable! The garden is an oasis of tranquility and peace, and the birdsong is so blissful and relaxing. Renee and Stefan are so very kind and helpful, just the loveliest hosts you could wish for. The welcome gift of fresh eggs and honey was lovely; be sure to get some of the delicious honey to take home! We loved this little house, I think we will be back. Thank you both so much! :)

We were there as a family for almost two weeks. The accommodation is just as great as shown in the pictures. The surroundings are very nice and quiet, the beach is nearby and beautiful. Larger supermarkets are easily accessible by car. The area is very quiet and you can hear the sea. The furnishings in the house are excellent, clean and very comprehensive and there is a lot for children to discover. Communication was very fast if you had questions and the hosts are very accommodating with positive communication. Overall, I can only recommend the stay, the stay was 11 out of 10.

We had a great stay at Sharon and Joop's place. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodation is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place, which is very well maintained, very clean inside the apartments as well as outside. The welcome was very pleasant from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

This is an incredibly peaceful location, and we felt very lucky to have found it. We went to sleep every night with the windows cracked and nothing but the sounds of nature. I slept like a baby. There is a lot of great cycling nearby (and hiking). My son and I managed one ride and then a lot of reading. We look forward to coming back as we love this location. My son had a great time watching the fish and playing in the garden (eight years old).

We felt right at home, we had an incredible weekend. The noise of nature and the views make you forget everything. Manuel was very quick to respond to us. I wish there would have been some file where there are restaurant recommendations in the area and things to do. Hopefully we will be able to repeat soon. ¡Thank you Manuel!

We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

A fantastic getaway. The accommodation was very clean, well decorated and set in a beautiful location. Victoria and Rob were great hosts and made us feel very welcome going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay in the pretty haven of peace offered by Danielle. Perfectly equipped accommodation, carefully decorated and ideally located. The city center is accessible in just 5 minutes on foot, the parking space is a big plus and bicycles are also available. We loved staying at this place, and Danielle is a very welcoming host, who drops off bread and croissants every morning, not to mention the little visits from Pablo, the property's cat! We'll be happy to go back.

We were very well received and welcomed by Anne. This farmhouse has delighted young and old. We were able to visit the farm under the guidance of Anne, who gave us explanations that were both very interesting and informative. We had the chance to see calves, the last of which was born 3 days before our arrival. There is also the donkey Trot-Trot, the pony Sonic, the cats, the goats... A picnic and barbecue area was very useful, not to mention relaxing in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend this place, and I will gladly return. Thank you to Anne and her little family!! It was a real pleasure.

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (provision of towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We'll keep this address for next time. 😉 Thanks again for everything, Jacqueline, it was great!!!! 🤗

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

Annemieke and her husband are lovely people. We recommend staying in Le Pré d'Olonne! Constantly present in the cottage, they will gladly answer all your questions. The listing is a great fit. Your children will love the garden and the barn. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace.
