They are, hands down, the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel like more than just guests; they made us feel like family. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully considered, and their home was not just beautiful and comfortable, but filled with love and care. Their support and generosity throughout our stay touched our hearts in ways we can’t fully express. Comfortable accommodation at a good price. Small and simple, but perfect for my needs. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my food. Strong AC. The off-street parking out back felt secure. Nice outdoor space to eat my breakfast. 20 minute drive from the Hard Rock Casino where I was attending a work event. I appreciated that they accommodated a late check out, even though I was asked to pay an extra $30 for just one hour which seemed a bit pricey. That said, some Airbnb’s don’t allow it at all, so at least it was an option. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for an efficient but comfy place to stay.

This is literally the best place you can stay at. For sure was impressed, spotless clean. You can tell it was cleaned as soon as you walk in, host went above and beyond expectations! They left plenty of towels to get us through our stay, everything we needed!

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

This house was exactly what we needed for a week away. Me and 5 of my friends came down for memorial day weekend and we had everything we needed at Villa’s place. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly what was described. The house was very clean and very roomy for our party of 19. There was a lot for the children to keep busy. The pool was very clean. The location was a short drive to the beaches. Renters should be aware of quiet hours from 9pm to 9am especially when with a large group. Also be aware a lack of dressers and closets in the bedrooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this house and if I have the opportunity to travel to Ft Lauderdale again, this will be on my list to rent.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay!

Our family stayed for one night after our cruise. Great location, close to the beach. Lots to do and great food. Comfortable beds. We watched basketball and enjoyed the complimentary wine! Great stay. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this spot for a bachelor weekend in Miami and it did not disappoint! The house had everything a crew of guys could want—tons of space to hang out, sleep, and rally for the next round. Plenty of room to spread out, great common areas to pregame, and super easy to get to all the Miami hotspots. Only a couple hiccups: we thought there was going to be a hot tub (would’ve been clutch), there was a bit of an ant invasion out back, and the grill was a little finicky. But honestly, those were minor in the grand scheme—we had an epic weekend and the house was the perfect home base. If you’re planning a bachelor trip or big group getaway in Miami, this place is a great choice. Would 100% stay here again!
