I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

Lovely place. Across the road from the beaches and close to a very nice shopping street. Very enjoyable!

We reserved two units owned by Paula in this building and both were exceptional. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed as described. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views of the waterway and Bal Harbour skyline. In the evening, the water is lit up near the building with green lights bringing fish to the area. One night we saw a pod of dolphins swimming around in the water breaching. The unit is a 10-15 leisurely walk to the beach via 96th street. Pura Vida is an excellent place for breakfast / dinner, about 1 min walk down the road. There are exceptional restaurants, close by in the Bal Harbour shops, along Harding Avenue and on 96 street before the causeway, as well as a pharmacy and Publix grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. It's a superb area. Paula send great instruction in advance and everything is as she described. She is also very responsive to any questions. We will be back!

The house was just like the pictures. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Cant say bothing wrong about the house. The elevator needed a code but once you know how to work it tgen it became better tonuse the elevator. I will rent again.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great views and lots of privacy. The space held many amenities and the condo itself had many useful features that made my stay that much more enjoyable. I loved the patio area! The overall area was very peaceful and I enjoyed that. I went for many walks around the neighborhood and took in so much beautiful scenery. Despite the ongoing construction in the area it was still a beautiful sight. My hosts were pleasant, very responsive and helpful. If there was a need they fulfilled it with no hesitation. The rooftop pool was amazing especially the views when the sun was setting! Very serene, hardly saw any people and if you did it just gave privacy to a tee! Privacy was important during this stay which is why I am very grateful for this listing! So please don’t hesitate to book this listing, I would stay here again for sure! Thanks for having me guys!

We’ve stayed at this place multiple times. Jose has always been friendly and quick to respond. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. The place is comfortable and accurately described.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Location is close to beach, has all beach amenities including sunscreen, beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

This studio was in the center of Brickell/Downtown and was just as described. Very responsive host, easy check in, clean unit, quiet, in a very walkable area, with many things to do just right outside. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

Such an amazing 4 day stay we had at this property! Check in was seamless, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect! The view was breathtaking & even better than the pictures displayed. The host always responded to any requests I had super quickly. Anytime I visit Miami again, I will be rebooking with Confidante everytime!

I had a great time at Montse's condo with my family! The check in process was easy and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Montse was quickly responsive to questions and welcoming. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the pool and amenities! Having garage parking was very convenient as well. Only downside was it was a bit loud at night, but that is expected for summer in Miami! Thank you Montse!
