Holiday rentals with lake access in Bay County

We evacuated here during hurricane Milton. Dealing with Sol has been nothing but a pleasure. He is extremely understanding and accommodating… especially during a stressful time he made everything as easy as possible for us. He is a very kind soul and we are very grateful that we were able to deal with him. If we ever in the area again we will be certainly sure to rent with Sol.

Very nice condo! Good location and proximity to beach. Some days have limited shaded seating at the pools, so keep that in mind on hotter days. Overall, we had a great time staying at Khoi's place! Great view on the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the moment we walked in, it was clear the property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-organized. The decor is professionally done, stylish yet comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive. The home had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like nothing was missing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially after our beach days. It was the perfect way to wind down and relax. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay for us and our dogs. Fenced yard was so appreciated. Andy was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb felt like home away from home. It was very clean, beautiful, and in a quiet area. The location was in a drivable distance from anything you could’ve needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and which I greatly appreciated.

Great place for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and full bath. This home was well stocked with all the basics you need for the week. It’s super convenient to the public beach access and many restaurants and bars. Rebecca was super responsive throughout the entire stay. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

Location, Location, Location! The views were great and the place is perfect for a couple, no more than two people as stated! The living room and main area was just as described, however the bathroom layout was a little tight. Would definitely recommend

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Host was very responsive and friendly. The place had everything imaginable to be able to cook for our family. Patio space was great to have another family staying in PCB over to grill out and sit outside to eat and enjoy the weather and company. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy walking to the private beach access. Chairs and beach cart available were super helpful! Kids loved walking to mini golf, carts, and Alvin’s too!

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

This is our second time returning to this cottage and we just love it! Everything about this Airbnb is amazing. The host was very responsive when we had internet issues that were caused from a storm. Had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The house is super charming and in a great location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Our dogs love the fenced in yard. We will be returning next year I’m sure of it!!!

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

Lovely home and location especially for a family with children! Has everything you need at the house and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. It didn’t feel like a typical AirBnB with most basic amenities possible, it was truly nearly as comfortable as our own home. Thanks for having us!

Tucked away at the end of E. Park Place, this home offers a peaceful, private escape. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite features, fully equipped and perfect for relaxing with a book or just unwinding. I also appreciated the outdoor shower after beach trips, and the barbecue setup was great for grilling. The house is just a short walk to a stunning stretch of beach, right next to Camp Helen State Park. I used the rental bikes to explore the area, which made getting around easy and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was very clean and thoughtfully maintained, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s a quiet, well-kept Airbnb that I’ll definitely be returning to.
