This place exceeded our expectations! A very easy walk across the side street (not a busy main road!) to the public access; it was perfect for our beach vacation. Incredibly wonderful to have a spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, and a really nice WD for us to use! I will definitely be back!

This condo stood out from others because of the location and surrounding beach! There aren’t a bunch of high rises so the beach is wide open! It’s close to restaurants and fun activities! Great parking and loved having a huge balcony to enjoy every morning and every evening. We will definitely be back because the location was so great and Nina was so quick to respond to all my questions

We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. It was super easy to check in and Hannah gave easy instructions about what was expected and offered great suggestions for stores and restaurants nearby. We loved that it was extremely clean and spacious and the beach was within walking distance. Wonderful experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. One thing to note: the unit is attached to a store, and during the day there was some noticeable noise from their operations. It wasn't an issue for me since I was out and about, but if you're someone who needs to sleep during business hours, it could be a little challenging. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience—still a great place and I would definitely stay again!

Condo was great for our stay, instructions were accurate and clear and home is in a pleasant neighborhood . We had a great time. Highly recommended Megan’s home. Thank you for hosting us.

The house was spacious and clean and perfectly located for where we needed to be. We brought 3 young kids and they were right at home in Kristi’s house. She was also a very responsive and great host. We would stay again for sure.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kids loved having the pool, as the beaches were double red flags most of our stay. The space was beautiful. It was very spacious. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had every cooking utensils we needed to enjoy a couple home cooked meals. Ginger was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The Airbnb is located in a nice area. We felt safe the entire time. It was definitely worth the price. We would love to stay again in the future.

This house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. The back yard was lovely and relaxing, the beds were comfy, the kitchen and living room were spacious, and the host was fantastic. I would love to stay here again when we visit next time!

The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, with easy access to [local attractions/restaurants/public transport/etc.], but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was an incredible stay! Natalie was so sweet the and always quick to answer, the home was in a beautiful neighborhood safe for walks or runs. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again if I’m back in town:)

Firstly - the listing photos do not do the view justice! Next to being right on the sand, time spent on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunset was our favorite time. The condo complex is well laid out - with plenty of parking, three pools and three beach access points. Having chairs and an umbrella reserved - courtesy of our hosts - was fantastic! Bring yourself, a towel and some snacks - that’s all you need for a great beach day! Walmart for groceries and other necessities is just around the corner (walkable) as were some restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s an easy drive from the Panama City airport. We’d love to stay again!

This place was amazing!! Fred and Rene always respond within minutes. The view was amazing. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved every minute of this place. Sunset was amazing and the view was everything. 10/10 I would recommend this place and would come back again.

Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

Such a great location, everything was easy to get to. Very clean, well decorated condo with walking distance to many things. We were provoded with everything we needed. Host was super friendly, accommodating and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

We loved our stay at Eric’s place. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Having the reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach was such a luxury. We never had to worry about rushing down to save a spot. The condo has a spectacular view, the bed was very comfortable and the place was so clean. We cooked at home a lot and had our meals on the balcony because you really couldn’t find a better view if you tried. Had everything we needed in terms of dishes and cookware. Would definitely recommend.

I just got home from a wonderful week long stay at FlipFlopsOn I. If you are considering booking this place you definitely should. Mark and Pam set the standard for Super Hosts. We had a couple of self induced hiccups and Mark and Pam did not hesitate to assist us. I found them to be thoughtful, kind and incredibly gracious. Every morning I received a message from Mark and Pam with a curated list of things to do, places to eat and areas to explore. Their home was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean and included a ceiling fan, a luxury that I didn't know I needed. :) The bunkbeds were a huge hit with my 2 daughters and they both said that the mattresses were very comfortable. I loved how close this condo is to the beach. We easily walked there everyday and did not have to traverse steps to get on the beach. I can't wait to try their other rental properties in the future.
