Villa holiday rentals in Bay County

We liked everything, the apartment was well furnished, cozy. The territory is large, many pools. The beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The tram runs very often. The beach is large. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess is very responsive, immediately responds to requests. Thank you, Tonya, for our vacation.

This place is fantastic! Just one street from the beach, it features a private pool and all the beach essentials you could need. Truly a hidden gem! We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful views! Loved the fenced yard which was perfect for the dog, especially since the beaches in PCB are not dog friendly. The chairs at the end of the yard were a great touch. The condo had everything you could need. The place is older and could use updating in all areas, including the patios. The guest bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. Like many of the places at the beach you can hear foot traffic and cars outside at night from the guest room (master room gets the sound of the waves though - lucky!), but luckily this location has much less traffic than the east side. Beach not crowded at all which was great - good quiet location. Bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Hope to stay here again in future

My kids loved this place. Remarkable sunrises off the back porch over the water. Across the street is the ocean and the sunsets are amazing.

We enjoyed this beautiful condo so much! It was perfect for our family of 7. Kids loved feeding the turtles outside on the balcony. The beds were comfy, shower was wonderful and layout was perfect. The numerous beach toys provided the kids lots of play time on the beach and in the lagoon pool. Walk to beaches and pools were great, tram was awesome if we didn’t wanna walk. Highly recommend this listing and we would definitely book again!! Thank you for providing a fun first beach vacation for our blended family!!

WOW, we loved the privacy this property provided! We brought our grown children and friends along and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything. We loved the cleanliness, convenience and the owner’s attention to details. Jodey was extremely quick to respond to anything we needed. We will plan to stay here every single time we visit the area! For a long weekend getaway this was the perfect place. Very cute decor and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. Host provided tons of restaurant recommendations and was very friendly. We had a great time!

Cody's place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! It was very clean, and smelled so good! The location was perfect, which made our walk to the beach literally 1-2 minutes! The beach view from the rooftop was beautiful as well! If you have anyone traveling with you that doesn't do well with stairs, please know that the kitchen and main living area is on the 4th floor! Cody was an amazing host! He responded in less than 5 minutes after receiving my messages! He's the best host we've used thus far! I rate this villa 10/10! If I could rate higher, I would!!

Beautiful home accommodations were great

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

This property is absolutely stunning—fairly new, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach, which made for a perfect getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. While there are two assigned parking spots, we found it difficult to maneuver because other guests were parking on the street, which made finding space a bit challenging. Additionally, be prepared for a lot of stairs—if you have heavy bags or limited mobility, it could be a bit of a workout.

Panhandle Getaways was absolutely the best vacation rental company we have use for our PCB vacations, they were super responsive.

We had a great stay! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect during our visit, which made being right on the beach even more enjoyable. It was so nice to be just steps away from the ocean. One thing to note—dogs aren’t allowed on the beach directly in front of the property, but there’s a designated dog beach just about 2 miles away at Pier Park. Overall, a relaxing and convenient spot. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay especially for the price! It is just like the pictures but just fyi there are a lot of stairs. Parking is very tight like it mentions but the overflow parking was nice to have! I would definitely stay again.
