Holiday rentals with beach access in Baveno

A fantastic view. We had absolute peace. During the week, the pool is even for us alone. (Travel time Pentecost holidays). The city can be reached either by car or via a considerable descent. You shouldn't walk on the main road. There is a large free parking lot right at the entrance to the village. The refrigerator failure was immediately fixed by Salvatore. If you like to cook, you need patience, the pots are not induction stove suitable and the electricity fails every now and then. But the fantastic location and view, as well as the tranquility and friendliness of the hosts made up for it. We will definitely come back😀... with mosquito spray in our luggage 😉 Gracie mille

Beautiful accommodation, equipped with all comforts, very close to the lake and restaurants, bars, supermarket, the best thing for us....being able to enjoy relaxation in the garden. I recommend it!

Frederico's apartment is very cozy and close to the lake. The place Belgirate is perfect for people who like it quiet and relaxed. From here, beaches can be reached by car and you can go hiking or cycling. The famous town of Stresa with the Borromean Islands is 10 minutes away by car, you can take the ferry to the islands directly from Belgirate. We had a great and relaxing time, thank you so much! :)

This place is amazing! Super tranquil, excellent view, location is superb. Birgitt and her co host are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and has so much character and charm. I’d come back anytime.

Wonderful location of the apartment with a view of Lake Maggiore and the forests, extremely pleasant and relaxing; simply "let your soul wander". Very nice co-host Mario; explained everything well (Italian/English). Small suggestion for improvement: The single beds (80 cm) could be a little wider. Exemplary waste separation system! The boxes are ready in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and recovered well! Tanzi grazie🙏.

Laura was a wonderful host. We felt welcome from the start. The apartment was clean and modern. Lovely balconies in three different directions. Lago di Orta is a beautiful place and I would recommend anyone to stay at Lauras place.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

We stayed 3 days and everything was perfect... comfortable accommodation, with everything you need. Valerio was very helpful and so was his mother. The location is special... lake view and convenient to reach any destination around the lake. It was a wonderful vacation and I recommend the accommodation!!!!!!

We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

Great cozy house in a very quiet location. The house is well suited for couples due to the size and equipment. But our daughter (almost 4 years) also loved it. We were all very comfortable. It is very original, I liked that. Infants should either not walk yet or be able to walk stairs very well. It was very clean and everything necessary such as tea towels or dishwasher detergent was available. There's no unnecessary decor. Marco is very nice, answers quickly and overall everything was uncomplicated.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

We loved our stay in Ruth’s apartment. It looks even better than the pictures do and our jaws dropped as we walked in. The view is incredible and the apartment was very pretty, well equipped and super clean. Ruth was helping us a lot with recommendations and is very, very friendly! We definitely want to come back :-)

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

A fabulous location peaceful, away from the crowds, with marvelous views, yet within easy distance to explore Stresa and Lago Maggiore. The cottage is well-equipped comfy and clean. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We had a very dreamy and very pleasant stay and I hope we can return to this beautiful house again. Everything was clean and available. The view of the lake was truly spectacular and wonderful experience that we may not be able to experience again for years.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Very nice and relaxing stay with wonderful view of the lake. The absolute highlight was the balcony with morning sun and fantastic views. Silvia was very nice and accommodating and greeted us personally. An aperitif was already waiting for us in the refrigerator. Silvia provided us with valuable tips for the area and even took care of the restaurant reservations for us, as our Italian was too bad for it. Absolute recommendation!!! Thank you Silvia

I agree with the very good comments already made. The magnificent view combined with the cozy side of the apartment. Lots of beautiful things in the area. Car necessary in my opinion, otherwise a little less than 1 kilometer of hill. I loved it

We had a very nice stay in Cerro in Andrea's apartment, from there we enjoyed a lot and were looking forward to the evening view of the lake every time. The apartment is located on the second floor within walking distance of Cerre, was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Our recommendation would be to provide a pan and a smaller cooking pot more as well as egg cups. The garbage separation or storage system did not open up to us immediately. Overall a great stay thank you so much
