Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Baveno. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and exactly as described - if not better. Particularly noteworthy is the hostess: super friendly, always available and very helpful. Communication was straightforward and warm. You felt immediately welcome. The location of the accommodation is also ideal – Baveno is a beautiful town on Lake Maggiore, perfect for excursions, sightseeing and Italian flair. Everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation and the host without reservation. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Giulia

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's place! We felt like in a movie! Everything is well thaught and decorated with attention for details, the view is lovely and these is no vis-a-vis! The place is really confortable and peaceful. You can get around by walking, which is enjoyable thanks to the flowers perfume you feel all around!

My wife and I have been travelling Europe for 13 weeks staying at various hotels and apartments. This particular place is top of our list; it was fantastic is most departments. The view is fantastic and you can open the patio style window/door to get the breezes in and sip a glass of wine whilst admiring the lake. Would definitely recommend it.

Very good stay in this accommodation located in a quiet residence with views of Lake Maggiore. In addition to being clean (cleaning and linen), the accommodation allows quick walking access to the village of Baveno and the pier to access Borromeo Islands. Parking is a real plus. Recommended!

The small apartment has an excellent location in Baveno. In one minute you can walk to the lake/harbor and have the choice between many restaurants, ice cream parlors and breakfast places. There is also a small supermarket directly opposite, where you can find the most important things for cooking. The parking lot right outside the door and the small private courtyard is super quiet and private. Simply perfect. We also used the washing machine and were able to feel at home in this small apartment. Baveno is very well located in Stresa and you can take great excursions in any direction. For us, the stay here was very nice and suited our needs exactly.
