Thanks, Emma, for the apartment! I had a great stay in Paris. The location was great—I could easily hop on a bus or take the nearby subway to quickly get to the popular spots in the city. The apartment was quiet; I didn’t hear the neighbors, and the view of the garden in the back with the small pond was very relaxing. A peaceful place to take a break from the busy pace of Paris.

I’m so glad I chose Arthur’s apartment for my stay in Paris. The place looked exactly as per the published photos. It truly felt like a home away from home—especially after long, adventurous days out in the city, it was such a comfort to return to this cozy and welcoming space. The location is excellent, close to the metro and everything I needed. I especially loved the long balcony cos it’s a very Parisian thing😍. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Slept like a baby every night. Kitchen was complete with cutleries, plates and great variety of wine glasses. Arthur even provided fresh OJ and milk in the fridge on day 1. Very thoughtful and kind. He even welcomed me with a bottle of red wine, which was such a lovely surprise! 🤗Merci for making my Parisian stay so special! Highly recommended!!

The space was just as described and perfect for a couple for a few days. The closeness to the metro made all of the difference for us, and the apartment had a lovely view. Our hosts were easy to reach and shared wonderful suggestions for our trip!

This was my favorite Air BnB rental throughout our European vacation, and we stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, some muffins, tea, and many other supplies. I liked the filtered water pitcher in the fridge to save on bottled water purchases. The bedroom is on the courtyard side, so there was no noise from the street. We all slept really well each night. During our trip, there was a day where temps were in the upper 80s F, but the apartment temp remained comfortable, and there is a fan provided. Since we're so used to air conditioning, we were very pleased that we weren't hot. The apartment is not in central Paris, which is fine for us. It's more of a feel of staying where the Parisians live instead of where the tourists are. There are 2 different metro stations super close, and it's very easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of boulangeries and brasseries in the area and grocery stores too. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Olivier was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place is exactly as described and seen in the pictures. We were positively surprised how quiet the street was even though not too far there were lively streets with restaurants and shops. The place was clean. All three sleeping arrangements are in the same room downstairs, that I had missed and it may be important for others. For us, it was even better. The stairs down may be problematic for elderly. While we did not mind, I know my parents would have problems for example, and I find it important to point out. The location is really great for people like us who want to be close but not in the midst of everything. There are two metro and one train station close to the appartement which will take you everywhere. I even found a great park for a jog. We are planning to another visit in Paris and sure would check this place first if it is available.

A charming parisian apartment, well positioned between Batignolles (restaurants) and Rue Levis (market and shops). Very close to Pont Cardinet (metro line 14). Hosts were great!

Great place in a great neighborhood. If you’re looking for a Paris experience that’s a little bit removed from the touristy areas but still lively and quintessentially Parisian, definitely consider this place! You’ll pay less than for the big hotels too :) I was quite comfortable and slept well in the cave-like downstairs (note you need to be able to climb down a narrow staircase.) Jose was responsive and his instructions were clear. Would for sure stay here again my next visit!

Everything was very pleasant, the neighborhood is very quiet and the location has quick access to two metro stations.

The apartment was a wonderful place to call home while we visited Paris for a few days. The neighborhood is quiet, yet has many good restaurants and shops and easy access to transportation. The balcony was a great place to relax after a long day of walking in the city. Definitely would book again!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Clean apartment, good location, responsive and friendly host. 100% would recommend and would definitely stay again!

The flat is really convenient , it has everything you needed and clean, super quiet! Easy to get metro and buses just 3 to 5 minutes walk, there is a coin laundry a few block away. I did laundry during our stay. Nathalie is really helpful and sweat, definitely return back to this place!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!
