This is a charming Haussman style apartment with numerous original features such as herring-bone parquet floor, moldings on the ceiling, and 2 marble fireplaces

It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
