We are 30-45 minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day; 30 minutes from ABI Airport and Circuit of the Americas track.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed the property. Only thing is I wish the AC was not turned off when we arrived. It was 85 degrees inside in the summer heat and did not cool off until morning. Other than that the stay was amazing and we had a lot of fun. Kitchen is fully stocked of things you may need to cook with which is a perk. Happy we stayed!

40 Acre Ranch House/Private Lake close to Bastrop

This place is a masterpiece. My favorite activities were watching the NBA playoffs from the hot tub, cooking in the loaded kitchen, reading a book floating in the pool, and spending time with my family. The master suite king bed was sleep elite, the shower exhilarating in the morning, and the tub exquisite. You’ll deal with some bugs, but c’mon there’s a lake in the countryside. The lake isn’t one you’re going to go swimming in, but if you’re a fisher it’s the move. My wife and dogs had a blast and the pups were exhausted/snoring as we watched the sunset.

A very thoughtful air BNB! Every amenity we needed and more. The hosts provided great local recommendations and accommodated an early check-in. The tiny house was set up nicely, with coffee and water both upstairs and down, thoughtful touches and treats, and fun games with instructions set out and ready to play! We enjoyed the cowboy pool and my husband had fun with the disc golf course. A great spot for a getaway! One thing to note - the house is right off the road, so it's easy to find but it's not totally secluded.

We had a great time here, swimming and grilling. It’s so private which we loved, it’s truly a getaway! Very clean and comfortable, loved the openness and all the natural light. Kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Our pup had a great time here too. The pool was truly amazing and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We are already planning to come back!
