I highly recommend. I had a great stay at this listing. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very well located, close to shops. The bed was comfortable and everything went very well from start to finish. The pool is really great as well as the view! The host was welcoming and available for any questions. We felt very comfortable in the clean, modern furnished house and were able to relax perfectly! The terrace is wonderful with a view of the mountains and not visible, so with absolute privacy. A small pool and deck chairs invite you to refresh and relax, simply wonderful! The occasional noise from the neighboring construction site hardly affected us. The contact with Charlotte was perfect, she was always available and the tips and restaurant suggestions were great. The bedroom on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom is relatively small, but clean and modern with a nice shower. The toilet is on the ground floor and not in the bathroom, but that did not bother us. The only thing we missed was a full-length mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is available, which works well and was absolutely necessary at temperatures above 30° in early June. The location is great, car necessary!

Great stay, the place and so quiet and peaceful. We had all the comforts we needed to enjoy our vacation with our 11-month-old daughter. As read in many reviews, the access is surprising the first time but we get used to it quite quickly. Think about mosquito repellent to take full advantage of the outdoors in the evening! Adrienne is really very welcoming and available when needed.

Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

We had a great family stay in this villa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain! Access to the sea on foot is appreciable. A large swimming pool and everything you need for sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Tasteful decoration of the whole house and everything you need to cook. A very nice basket of goodies welcomed us😊. Thanks to our host. We recommend this villa without a second thought. The situation is also an asset.

The small apartment has a bright, friendly ambiance with a large terrace area and is immaculately clean. The owner lives in the same house. There is another neighboring apartment, which, however, was not rented, so we were undisturbed and private. The garden is lovingly laid out. The location is quiet, except for the neighbor's constantly running pump. The landlady has always been available, check in and out quickly and easily. Thanks so much

Very nice stay in a beautiful living space. There were 14 of us: adults, teenagers, children and baby. Everyone has found their place because the house is large, functional and well equipped. Alain is very present and likes to please. He responds to all our requests with great sympathy!!!

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We stayed here in October with our multigenerational family, including 2 kids, and it was perfect. Great access to the beach, hikes, and town of Cargèse. Loved our stay at this beautiful home.

Everything was great, the view and the outdoor area were our highlight. There were minor signs of wear in the house, which was not bad. Communication was great and quick👍🏼. Due to the good connection, you could also explore the area very well. All in all, a great place to stay. We'd love to come back.

From start to finish, a brilliant holiday. Great communication from Camille, who ensured we had all we needed for children and the baby in our group. The villa was absolutely beautiful, the garden and pool were a lovely asset. Inside was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Recommend without hesitation.

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Recommendation! Completely satisfied, we were on the road a lot but the apartment is well equipped for 4 people to spend time there! Jean-Marie is very friendly and had many tips for us. The beach is within walking distance and on weekdays we were almost alone there. Those who do not like to eat pizza will find what they are looking for in the "Rivoli" or even better in the "Plage d'argent". You definitely need a car. And mosquito spray! (The windows of the apartment were all equipped with good insect protection - slept well. Thank you, Jean-Marie!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view, so we were able to relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you can enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car, with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maud solved minor problems very quickly.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.
