Huge duplex with four large bedrooms, and huge balconies with beautiful views over the magnificent gulf of Valinco. Aircon works incredibly well and the apartment is modern and perfectly appointed. Loading with Celine was easy and efficient. definitely recommend if you are staying in the Propriano area

Thank you Ludovic for this beautiful bright, clean and well-equipped apartment. The location is wonderful with its large terrace facing the sea. One exit directly on the beach, the other giving access to the shops and the very good restaurants of Propriano. We hope to return with our couple of friends.

Exelent stay at René's the apartment is 2 steps from the port, everything is within walking distance, bakery, restaurant, beach etc. Very clean accommodation and tastefully renovated. It feels very good, everything you need is there, the small balcony with sea view is very nice. We were hosted very well with René, despite the late hour. Always available to answer our questions, or lend us supplies. Thank you for everything.

ideal accommodation for a week in Porticcio, in the main residence of the locality. simple but well designed accommodation, crossing, and well oriented to thwart the heat without air conditioning. it is easy to park there, the beach and shops are very close but difficult to reach on foot in the middle of summer ( like the majority of porticcio rentals. ) very good value for money, I recommend.

Very nice, comfortable (TOP bedding) and very complete accommodation. Peaceful and secure residence. Beautiful pool (small downside: no sun loungers). Large parking. Very good communication with Hugues for the reservation (from arrival to departure) and his visiting tips. Very responsive host. We had a lovely stay.

Comfortable apartment and very well located to enjoy the Porticcio/Ajaccio area, its asset being of course its superb view which you don't get tired of, from breakfast to aperitif facing the sunset!

A very nice stay in this duplex. Very clean, close to shops 5 minutes by car. Just be careful on arrival there are 2 Terra Bella residences, you have to put the 1 on the GPS! Little Hic for the TV which was having a lot of trouble working. Pool open from 9am to 8pm would be missing as sunbeds, towels on the hard floor not very pleasant to spend time. the rest nothing to say it was really great, I recommend

Good value for money. Relatively close to the large beaches and shops of Porticcio (20 min. on foot). You have to love the large holiday residences, it's not very intimate, but still quiet and functional, with a small downside for the bathroom which is very cramped. The large swimming pool shared by the entire residence is pleasant, with a very hot temperature, it's pleasant for children. Too bad you can only access it with only one badge per family, it's a bit complicated when not everyone is going to the pool at the same time.

In a beautiful residence, beautiful modern apartment, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and in a impeccable state of maintenance. The pool that is available is superb. Excellent contact with Nathalie, who was proactive in her advice, flexibility in terms of check-in time and responsiveness to answer our questions. We can only recommend this place.

Alain is a friendly and welcoming host. Very responsive, he knows how to make you feel at ease and his good mood is contagious 🙂 His charming little house is tastefully arranged, it feels like home. We had an incredible time at this villa , everything was just perfect from start to finish. The conciergerie service was spot on. The villa itself is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor space is simply stunning. The garden is so peaceful and beautifully maintained , we spent hours just soaking it all in. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We stayed here for a week and it was an amazing getaway from the busy city life. The property is large, peaceful and great for families. The animals come visit regularly if you leave your gate open. Our place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and Emmanuel + Laetitia was only one message away. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a break from the city life and we would gladly return again.

The accommodation is well located, easy to access with on-site parking, close to the center of Figari and the airport (few planes). It is as described and has the essentials for a family stay. The patio and garden are welcome (kitchen/living room not very spacious for 4).

We spent wonderful days, Sabella & her family were very helpful. The house is very quiet and yet you can reach the city and the beaches relatively quickly.
