Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Fabulous private villa in a quiet area. Lovely pool area, great air condition in all rooms. Great value for money too. Supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance, up the hill. . We didn't have a car, used local taxi to go into Altea and Benidorm every day. Old Town Altea is so beautiful and well worth a visit. Great communication and easy check in/check out. Would definitely recommend staying here. Really comfy sun loungers too and a lovely covered area in the shade by the pool.

Had an amazing stay! The accommodation was 100% perfect, very clean and well-equipped. The view of the entire city is simply magnificent, especially at sunset. The pool is incredible, super well maintained, and the sports facilities (basketball, tennis, soccer) are really a big plus. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation and I will come back without hesitation. Again, thank you for this great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the villa was just as described. It was very modern and clean. Donatas at seawings was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He was always proactive in checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed. Car is required as there are lots of hills in the area and not much is within walking distance.

Amazing home, looked exactly like the photos. Taxi’s were good to get to and from places. Amazing pool and pool area, everything was set out and easy to do and plan. Host was super helpful and responsive and gave recommendations and ideas. Already planning to visit here again for next year! Would highly recommend!

The house was very nice and well maintained, but unfortunately, it was really very warm without the air conditioning. Benidorm, the nearest town, in itself I find, has no charm of vacation, if you drive a little further, but you can find beautiful places.
