Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barnet

Second visit -- everything worked smoothly again. A cosy family retreat, close to all the amenities. Suited us perfectly for visiting relatives.

Julia was lovely and so quick to reply! The kitchen and looking out on to the garden were my favourite. We were attending a gig at the Tottenham Stadium so needed somewhere we could chill to get ready. The kitchen made the best spot to relax before getting ready. The main bedrooms are a great size and the house didn’t have a lot of noise from the street or neighbours It was easy to get there and back from the gig. And Julia was so helpful and friendly!

What a lovely place and location. The house was emaculate clean and well-equipped. It's so well-built and insulated in fact that it was quite warm upstairs. Had to leave all the windows open overnight. Good workout going up and down the stairs of this mews. The back yard was a wall of green which was incredibly relaxing to look at. Would definitely return and recommend.

I stayed at Sinta's house in London, with my partner and two kids (5 and 8). We really enjoyed the place, it was as described, well prepared and cleaned. The house had everything we needed even toys for the kids! Sinta was very welcoming, friendly, and easy to contact. The location was fab, with supermarkets and restaurants only round the corner. The tube station was only 7 minutes walk and with regular trains to central London. We felt like home. I strongly recommend it.

Amanda was a great host, she was very responsive and polite, and even allowed us to have a late checkout without any issue. The property was fantastic, we had a great time here. The fact that we had access to free private parking was a huge bonus as being in London it’s not easy to leave your car somewhere that won’t charge you. The property itself was nice and cozy, really clean and came with all the amenities listed, we really enjoyed it here. It’s a really quiet area too and the only things you’ll really be able to hear is just the trees rustling in the wind, and the birds chirping :) A couple of small issues we’ve already discussed with Amanda and hopefully these changes can be addressed in the future!

Kate was an incredible host and we were extremely lucky to have a chance to stay at her and her family’s beautiful home!!! Her communication was fabulous, she was willing to help with anything we needed (even when I had to come back to the house to look for something I forgot!!) and she made us feel like family friends. Thanks Kate and family for sharing your home with us! ❤️❤️❤️

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!

Cannot recommend Weili and her home enough. She was super kind, responsive and understanding. Weili accommodated to our arrival times and was very helpful. The house was spotless and smelt fresh and has clearly been cleaned well. The house is a few minutes walk from local shops, cafes and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the train station, which had quick trains into London and we got to where we needed to be and back with no issues. The house has everything you need and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennie's place! There was plenty of space for the three of us, with two in the bedroom and one on the (very comfortable) sofa bed. All essentials provided and clear communications with the host. Exceeded expectations. Jennie's place is beautifully appointed and is very convenient for getting into London. Regular buses directly to Trafalgar Square (for the West End), 25-minute walk to Kings Cross, and a tube station right on the doorstep! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would gladly stay in Jennie's flat again. 😃

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Had a lovely stay at Caron’s house. Everything is exactly like in the pictures, the place was very clean, spacious and organised in good taste, had everything I needed. The living room was especially nice, and the garden that I did not get to spend too much time in. The neighbourhood is quiet, perfect for resting, but also close to the subway, bus and train station near Bounds Green (there’s a really nice brunch place right next to subway entry, called Hot Milk). Caron was very kind and helpful, we ran into each other just twice during my stay, very non-intrusive, but helped me when needed, with all that was necessary for a smooth check-in and stay or recommendations. She was very prompt when I had any questions of any sort. All in all, had a very pleasant time, Caron is a great host, would gladly come back and would recommend to anyone visiting London for a few days or more.

Cosy apartment in quiet area. A bit far from the center and metro was not operating always through Warthamstow. Value for money apartment with good amenities.

Wonderful location close to London and Hertfordshire attractions. We found Heather Ann's upstairs flat to be very clean, with easy instructions for entry. The hosts are very friendly and were on hand for any queries. Highly recommend as a good base for the local area.

Sylvia's place is really nice, it felt very homely and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, we were at Alexandra Palace for most of our weekend and it was only 10 minute walk. The local area has plenty of little shops and food outlets, and the area in general felt like a really nice place to be . The place was as described and had everything you could need, even thing like ground coffee were provided which was much needed! The shower was amazing, with the choice of a regular shower head or a rainfall style shower, which we really loved. Overall if you need a nice place to stay in London we would happily recommend Sylvia's place.

A great place. The terrace is fantastic. Watching the sun go down at night was so peaceful. A wonderful place to stay.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

I really loved my stay here. A beautiful location, peaceful and private, but also closed to all of Hampstead Heath and the underground station. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly was described. The roof terrace was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!! Dan was a perfect host.

I’m really glad I booked and I’d recommend this location to anyone visiting London from elsewhere in the UK coming in from KGX station or internationally from St. Pancras. It’s easy to get to on the tube and there are a few bus options that are a 10-20 minute walk away. The tube station closest to this flat has a lift so that’s nice for any suitcases or families travelling together. The host was responsive, answered all my questions, and efficient and welcoming. This was around my 8th time visiting London and this is one of the better locations I’ve stayed. If you’re booking like me for a concert at Tottenham then just know the bus back is impossible but other than that the location is perfect. There’s a shop right on the corner and it’s cool that Emirates Stadium is right there, too.
