Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

I loved my stay. I was only on a short work trip but I will definitely be back for longer next time. If you stay anywhere in West London, I would highly recommend you stay here! Great location too, just a short hop to Central London. It’s a real home away from home with a personal family feel but exceptionally clean, organised and beautifully designed. It has all the mod cons. I loved the hot water boiling tap in the kitchen and the sliding doors in the kitchen that open out completely to the garden. And there’s lots of toys, games and books for the kids so you don’t have to pack any. The highlight of my trip, was their lovely cat Rio. 😻 My son wanted to take him home ! He’s so gorgeous and super friendly. He made us feel right at home! Thanks for everything, I hope to come back very soon 🤞🏼

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

What a stunning home! Had everything we could need and more. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place.

We booked the house just 2 days before our arrival, so everything was quite last minute but Claire was incredibly flexible, easy to communicate with and super fast with her replies! The house was lovely, exactly as per the photos, and perfect size for myself, my hubby and our 6 year old! The kitchen has everything we needed, the towels were lovely and fluffy, the bed was super comfy and the house was warm. Claire has all the things to make it a home from home without too much clutter… it was great to have some shower gel and washing powder so we didn’t have to bring/buy those things and wardrobes and drawers were empty so we could properly unpack. The area is great, short walk (up hill) to Highgate, with lots of lovely cafes and pubs and the nearby Highgate woods and playground for kids. Perfect stay, would absolutely stay again. The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

Jody's place was perfect for my colleague who was over from Germany and working at the Warner Bros Studios. Her place is in a great location so was very easy to get to and from the studios. It was clean and exactly like the photos. Jody was very communicative and overall a great host. I will definitely be booking Jody's place again for anymore colleagues who may be working at the studios. Thank you!

We enjoyed 2 lovely nights in Leah’s fabulous flat. It’s a beautifully decorated and stylish space with plenty of room and a fabulous outdoor terrace which is always a bonus in London. Easily walkable from westbourne Park tube station even with bags and close to Notting Hill and Little Venice and shops close by for food / supplies. We had everything we needed and more and really appreciated the welcome tray with tea/ coffee/ snacks and freshly baked cookies. We particularly appreciated the host allowing us to check out a couple of hours later than usual and we certainly intend to book this lovely flat again. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is beautifully designed. Very fancy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was definitely a highlight - modern and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The location was ideal for our visit to London. This Airbnb is very close to the Tube into London but also the lovely high street of Epping is in easy walking distance. Lovely clean and tidy accommodation and a very helpful host. Many thanks.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

The area was cosy, super easy to get around. Everything you needed was within a short walk. If you’re flying in from Gatwick the train goes from the airport right to the BnB which was amazing for arriving and leaving.

It was the first time we had stayed in an Airbnb and was extremely impressed. Marta showed was around and explained the set up to us. Spotlessly clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and very peaceful. Marta had also included a few treats, including milk and drinks in the fridge. Thank you Marta

A beautiful house and garden. All amenities were top of the range. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. The garden was gorgeous and so lovely to sit out. Heather was on site when we arrived and it was lovely to meet her. Would highly recommend this location. Frequent buses to/from the property made it very easy to get to.
