Apartment holiday rentals in Barnet

This is I think the fourth time we have stayed at Helen’s Airbnb. This is partly because it’s close to the places we like to visit as well as the quality of the property itself with its beautiful garden perfect for a summer’s stay. It is also Helen’s welcome and helpfulness that adds to the quality of the visit.

Carmen was extremely helpful and flexible. We arrived early and she was more than happy to accommodate. The flat is beautiful. And the location was fantastic. A few minutes walk to the tube or any bus route. And if you don't want to use public transport an Uber or Bolt was at your finger tips. The restaurants and cafes were amazing, the food, staff, neighbors - all made us feel right at home. Thank you so much Carmen for opening your home - we loved being in Cockfosters and having your place as our base was perfect. As a former Londoner, I can't recommend Carmen's place enough.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The space felt even bigger than the photos and was so beautifully decorated! The location is great and check in was easy. Bobby was so responsive and even let us check in early. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody and would gladly stay again.

Michel’s place was perfect for 3 (older) friends traveling from Canada. We didn’t want to be directly in London, but wanted easy access into the city area. We also wanted quiet at the end of a long day and comfy beds to rest our weary bones - we got our wish! The beds were utterly divine! Despite being on a main road, the noise could not be heard inside. The flat was kitted out with everything needed including a proper sized full fridge and pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. We had a small issue with hot water, but Michel was extremely quick to respond and fix. There is a great little grocery store a block away (recommended by Michel) and green space/parks a block behind the flat Lots of character in this flat with updated kitchen/bathroom - and the towels! Big, big fluffy towels! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again or to tell my family/friends.

Absolutely loved my stay at Pat’s place — a solid five stars across the board. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with everything arranged to make both work and relaxation easy. The wall of extended windows brought in lots of natural light, making the space feel bright and airy throughout the day. The apartment’s complete amenities make it suitable for long or short-term stays. The location is very good — just 10 minutes from the London Overground, with a bus stop right in front of the street. Pat was a wonderful host, one of the best in our stays at Airbnb — warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive. He made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-connected, and welcoming place to stay in London. I’ll definitely be back!

This apartment is an absolute gem. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The location is great for exploring the Olympic village and there are loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. Abigail is an excellent host, providing all the information you need in an efficient and friendly way. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it. Five stars from us.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

Thanks Lynn. Great place. Family and I loved it. Felt like home. I also felt like it was far enough off of the main streets that if didn’t feel busy or noisy in the evening yet we were simply two blocks away from all the action. Appreciate all the help with the changes and misc stuff.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! The location was absolutely perfect! Beautiful building, lovely quiet street and close to absolutely everything! Loved the studio room with the terrace. It offered everything we could need and so comfortable. Quick responses! We would stay again and hope there is an opportunity to do so! Just great! The only thing to note that there is no lift just to be aware if stairs are an issue. Otherwise perfect!

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. We loved Gregory’s place, plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and we utilised the airbed which was great. Great location, it was really easy to get on the bus to the tube and get around London. Coffee shop and corner store over the road which was really handy. We will be back!

I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.
