New house steps from the beach, ocean view Ilhabela

On the site founded in 1947 by our grandfather, we have just renovated and furnished the house, which is steps from the blue water beach. In the garden, the sounds of toucans and parrots, and the commotion of squirrels invite us to the post-beach shower. 3 bedrooms with full bathroom (splits, Wi-Fi, fan) connect with the living room, with sofa-futons. The equipped kitchen and barbecue in the yard have tables for six, in addition to the hammock under the trees and the umbrella on the raised deck, from where you can see the sun set in the sea.

Tranquility and comfort within a secure condominium with a 24-hour doorman. Featuring an incredible view of the sea and located on the same avenue as the island's southern beaches, the beach house is surrounded by a lot of nature. Our house has beach decor, new furniture and utensils. Close to the beaches: Praia das Conchas, Praia do Veloso and Praia do Curral.

The details make the place extremely welcoming and cozy, providing a very comfortable stay. There are only 6 units, on two plots: Sea side: TWO CHALETS facing the pool, with a view of the sea and a hot tub. Mountain side: condominium with QUATRO CASAS with whirlpool (this listing) does not have a sea view, access to the pool with an incredible view!
