Ronaldo's house is a 10! Beautiful, extremely tasteful, impeccably clean and well cared for, super complete in utensils, bedding and bath of the highest quality. Very well located, you can walk to the local shops, the beach and great restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood and safe location. And the icing on the cake is meeting Ronaldo and Neusa, very dear and good people! It was a pleasure to spend my birthday with my family at their house, we have never been so well received on Airbnb. The hard part was leaving, but we will certainly be back!

The house is really the wonder you see in the listing. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show apart, amazing, as well as the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support of everything we need quickly and with great kindness and warmth. The condominium is close to Julião beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. Too much worth it!!!

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing.... we'll be back soon!

The stay went very well and the house is exactly as in the pictures and description. It is super well located and the facilities are great, very comfortable and with all the structure to receive guests. The service is very fast and I also request it when necessary. The only point of attention is that the condominium is quite strict for the entry of visitors and family members, so it is necessary to notify in advance any movement that will take place in your house, otherwise the person may not be able to enter.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

I simply loved my stay at Mirante da Jana! Every detail was thought out with great care, everything was very well organized and the place is simply stunning! The landscape is surreal, breathtaking… a true paradise for those seeking peace and connection with nature. I would also like to mention Felipe's wonderful service. He was super attentive, picked us up near the ferry (even though it wasn't his obligation) and even gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. A true host! I recommend it with my eyes closed! Those seeking tranquility, beauty, and an unforgettable view can rent without fear. I miss it already and I will definitely be back!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful, infinity-edge pool. The house is very nice and private, and for those who have pets, it is all surrounded by the yard. Veronica answered me very well by phone, she is a flexible person, and gave me a small discount. She was flexible at check-in and check-out. Of all the houses we stayed in at Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had. The house is very complete, with many utensils. Absolutely wonderful house right on the beach. Great amenities including beach chairs, surf boards and boogie boards, plus more to make your beach days even more enjoyable. The tram was amazing, responsive, friendly, and overall awesome! Would come back again and highly recommend others check out this property, it’s better than you’d expect.
