Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barbados

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dora's Cottage, and I can't recommend it highly enough, from the moment I arri ved I was truly impressed, the check-in process was easy and everything went as was expected. The house was in immaculate condition. and thoughtfully designed with a modern touch. What made my experience special is the thoughtfulness of the host Corey on my arrival - I was pleasantly surprised that a bottle of wine and some of the most delicious local snacks were left for my enjoyment. What I have observed is that Corey is accessible and responds to my request quickly. If you are seeking a place to stay that is comfortable and peaceful and a host who is professional, genuine and friendly look no further. I highly recommend Corey's place. I am already planning my return.

Our hosts picked us up from the airport and we were immediately charmed by their warmth which made us feel like family. They even took us shopping for any necessities that we might need. Once we arrived at the home, we fell in love with the place. Not only was the décor lovely, but being a bit of a clean freak... I was very happy to find the home so incredibly clean. Amenities were perfect.. with the hosts thinking of just about everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car. Driving was a bit of a challenge though..at first.. lol. Beds were super comfortable.. and both room had its own washroom.. which was ideal for us. I cannot say enough of how lovely these hosts were to us. Took us back to the airport for our departure and made sure us and all our luggage were checked in safely. Stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this home and hosts. The only note is that you will need a car to get around.. but hosts have recommendations.

Paula was so sweet her air bnb was adorable and comfy! I loved the furniture inside it was unique! Paula was so sweet I felt right at home she was amazing at getting back with you! One night I had locked myself out 🙈 and she came within 10 minutes to let me back in! The location was perfect it is located just behind Oistins! Her dog Skittles is adorable and super friendly! Overall I had an incredible stay and what made it the best part was Paula! A perfect budget friendly option!

A clean, comfortable home in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay in Barbados. Our three young children loved the green space -and the pools! Well-equipped and nicely maintained, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

The apartment is front apt in 8 min walk from rhe last bus stop in Speighstown. Beautiful beaches are 7-8 min away. And probably 10-12 min to the bars/restaurants/ grocery stores part of the town. Very functional kitchen, modern stove if you are into cooking on vacation:-)), all necessities to prepare meal. Spacious and functional furniture. Place is very quiet and the neighbour's are very nice and friendly always saying hello. Debbie is very accommodating, arranging earlier chckin in and flexible check out. We loved the apartment !

Eyre's place was surprisingly the most coziest air bnb I've ever stayed in. I literally felt right at home. Home was well stocked with everything I needed. Very peaceful apart from the cocks crowing but they too were not early risers lol. There is a bar right on top of gap where you can relax, listen to music and chill with occasional meals. Ordel, our taxi guy was always ready and available to take us shopping or anywhere we asked to go. I can't say enough about him. He went above and beyond in my eyes. My stay was damn near perfect. The ONLY complaint I have is to tell Erye whoever is responsible for upkeep of the house and cleaning needs to be replaced lol. They are definitely not thorough. Just a few spot checks I would be happy to mention to him personally but it didn't and won't deter me from coming back to Sweet Myrtle. I wish I stayed longer. Thank you Eyre and Ordel for a memorable stay🙂. And yes, I felt comfortable and safe there, no problems.

Matthew and Eric were phenomenal hosts, super helpful, very responsive, and incredibly accommodating. I really appreciated how open and willing they were to meet our requests. That meant a lot! The place itself was lovely and located in a prime area, close to beaches, and restaurants, and with plenty of transportation options nearby. It felt like getting the best of everything at a great price. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Thank you so much Kenneth for an amazing stay. First and most importantly the place was spotless, extremely clean. AC worked excellent. The home had a gate and we as a family with small children felt very safe. Kenneth was so fast at responding to any questions we had. We were welcomed with a great smile and juice, milk and water for us when we got there. Loved the balcony and the location was just a 5 min walk from the beach. We will definitely come back! Ross students, it was only 15 min from Coverley.

The place was an amazing spot to stay in. It was just hard to locate with the videos sent by Tristan. Otherwise the stay was good with amazing AC and hot water.

Mona’ home was truly relaxing and beautiful. She was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend booking with Mona!

Pierreson is the best host I have ever met! He is extremely thoughtful for any detail that could make a guests stay even more perfect and unforgettable. He even installed a pulley to bring my heavy suitcase to the upstairs apartment and down again. The first day he gave me a tour around the city which helped a lot for orientation. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There are different beautiful beaches in walking distance easily accessible in 5 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. I would very much love to come back and stay at Pierresons apartment. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful place to stay in Barbados! Shari is a 5 star host. She made our stay so much better there. The place was very neat and clean, very quiet. I felt like i was at home. My husband and i were very pleased. I have to say this is one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The only sad part was leaving 😂

We loved our stay here! The condo was so clean, the bathroom is huge, the garden outside the unit is so lovely and relaxing. The shared plunge pool feels like your own since it’s right outside this unit. We loved all the outdoor seating options. Charmaine went above and beyond to help us with any requests. The beach is literally right across the street, you can see it right outside the door. Oistins is about a 7 minute walk, where you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, and can grab a minibus taxi up the coast.

Joy's place was excellent. The house is located to all the beautiful South coast beaches. It is located close the main road where it is easy to catch one of the many mini buses traveling in both directions. The apt is very spacious and clean with all the modern amenities. Joy is extremely hospitable....the fridge had fruits, eggs, cheese and drinks waiting for us as well as other snacks. There's a washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent ready and waiting and she also provides you with washrooms essentials. There is on-site parking which was very convenient because we rented a car. There is only AC in the bedroom and a fan in the living area. However, most days were very hot and the fan did not save from heat. The only thing that was very annoying was the squeaky mattress but not the bed. When one of us would toss or turn during the night, it would wake the other one up. Unfortunately, we have experienced this problem on our other trips and did not bother Joy with it.

This was our first time not staying in a hotel and as we only ever go Room Only this was an ideal alternative. Room was ideal for our needs, had everything we needed (big fridge/freezer was great) and couldnt be much closer to the beach and bars on the Gap. Paul met us on arrival and kindly sorted out some change so I could pay the taxi. Chatted to Zeema a few times who was lovelly too. All in all a great little place.

Prior to my arrival Roger provide very detailed pre-check in instructions. The place was clean and the area was very safe, well lit, quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again would recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the island.

Our stay at Jenna's place was wonderful. We didn't have a car, so we relied on our feet or buses, or taxis. The last ones are very expensive like the whole island. It is walkable distance to Massy supermarket, and the beach. Our favorite beach was the Brownies Beach, right after the Pebbles beach. For those you have to take a bus. There are also closes beaches by the main road. I would recommend to visit Botanical Garden where they feed monkeys twice a day at 11am or 2 pm, also visit Batsheba - the most beautiful views in Caribbean, Harrison Caves - so, so, definitely overpriced. Go for a walk at the boardwalk in the evening. The boardwalk starts at Rockley beach and goes a long the coast. The apartment itself is located in beautiful natural environment, golf course with old trees. Apartment had all that you need, there is also laundromat, and by the laundromat big room full of books ...thank you Jeena and Mark for the awesome stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second time staying at the home. The pictures you see is exactly what you get. The private rooftop patio is large with view of the ocean. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast there. Also a perfect way to watch the sunset. The location is perfect, walking distance to enterprise beach, supermarket, lots of places to eat and Oisten. Simone was very responsive and attended to any questions we had. We are returning next year to Barbados and will be staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Cathy's studio in Rockley, the apartment was just as described, very clean and had all necessary staples available including beach towels & a small cooler! Cathy was very easy to communicate with as well as responsive before I arrived as well as during my stay. On arrival Cathy met me at the apartment, provided a walkthrough of key parts of the unit as well as had recommendations for places to visit in Barbados including suggestions of restaurants close by. The view of the balcony is gorgeous and peaceful with trees lined the golf course providing some privacy when sitting outside. Easy walk to the grocery store, banks and to the main road to catch a bus or walk to the beaches. I'd definitely recommend Cathy as a host to others and will be bookmarking her airbnb for future visits to Barbados. Thanks Cathy for a wonderful stay!

Matthew and Barry's home was absolutely lovely – cozy, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Tony was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay – a great man who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Huge thanks to Matthew and Barry for sharing their beautiful space with us, and also a special thanks to Bernadette from afar for her part in making it all happen. Highly recommend!

I came for a wedding with my daughter, I'm not big on looks, it was clean and peaceful. Had a big open space for my daughter to run around outside. I felt safe and my daughter really liked it. Rory was helpful met me at the front door and explained everything about the place, he also gave me a tour around the neighborhood. It was my first time in Barbados and I will definitely be coming back to rebook with him

Our second time in this apartment, and it was great. we love the location with a quick walkable access to shops, restaurants and a beach. it was clean and had everything you might need for cooking meals. Good air con in the bedroom (maybe could do with another one in the living area). I think I could live in the hammock :). great balcony for breakfasts and lunches. highly recommended. John was responsive and informative. and finally thanks to our cleaner who came in during the week.

The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. But what truly made this stay special was the host, Paul and Allan, so warm, welcoming, and attentive! When the coffee maker wasn’t working, he replaced it the same day, showing just how committed he is to making guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place with a thoughtful and caring host. Five stars all the way!

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Preetam was the best host we’ve experienced! Comms, information about the area we were staying in and support were all 1st class. Our rental was just as pictued, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pool area (there are a few in the apartment clusters) was a great place to spend time and chill out in 30° heat. Rockley golf club was a lovely area to stay, the food at the Club House was delicious. Overall I can’t recommend Preetam’s rental at Rockley enough. We can’t wait to return to Barbados and to Rockley. Thank you Preetam🥰.
