Very professional and lovely outfit . We enjoyed all of our stay . All was there what we needed. Beach in short walking distance. Private parking is a plus. Well done there is a lot Of heart &pride in the decor and lay out .

We had a lovely stay! The place was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s located a little uphill, so just keep that in mind if you’re walking, but the effort is well worth it. The terrace was definitely the highlight: spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.

Everything was just fine … this is a real treasure

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

Karmen & Edvino were a wonderful hosts! The pictures don’t give the place a justice - the garden & two terraces are lovely and very private. We never saw there anyone unless we needed help. Big comfortable bed, powerful cooker. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. So close to seaside, shops and anything you need! Pula is 12 min driving away. Wonderful snorkelling sites - Kamenjak & Brijuni Nature Reserves only 20-30min away. Great spot to explore gorgeous Istria and recharge your batteries! We hope to be back soon!

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

We felt completely comfortable, everything as described, clean, very nice hostess who was always quick to reach 😍 The apartment is spacious, everything new and well maintained as seen in the photos 😊 We would definitely come back.

Beautiful and modern apartment right on the beach. Shopping is within walking distance. Super nice hostess. Wonderfully quiet surroundings in the off-season. The pool and beautiful terrace were our highlights! :)

We stayed with Sonja and her extremely nice family for 2 weeks. On the day of arrival, we were greeted by Ester and Sonja's daughter and after the long drive there was a large portion of pancakes in the evening. Delicious. After a turbulent, busy year, we were mainly looking for rest and relaxation on this vacation. Hit! The pool was all ours most of the time, the bed was comfortable and not saggy. The location of the apartment is very private. Sonja and family were always within easy reach, we were also spoiled with delicacies from Ester's kitchen. Sometimes she brought a plate of cabbage rolls (sarma), sometimes there was goulash with gnocchi. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location of the accommodation requires a car, but it is very central and is a few minutes away from Medulin, Pula etc. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the property.

A cozy apartment in a great location. Close to the beach and shopping center. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Kristina's (there were two of us) was the best choice for the area at the southern tip of Istria. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, communication with Kristina proactive, respectful and friendly. Although it was very hot, we did not need air conditioning, there was enough space for our bicycles and our car, the property was secured by a gate, the location is quiet and all activities are easily accessible from there by bike. We were also able to buy olive oil and olive wood objects made by the father without being imposed on us. We recommend this place without restriction and look forward to seeing you again. Property in a panoramic position overlooking the sea in a beautiful historical setting. Recommended for a couple. Everything was very clean. We felt right at home thanks to Maya's hospitality. We think we'll definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. We really liked the apartment. Location is absolutely perfect. The house is only separated from the sea by the beach promenade and the port and the center of Fazana are within a few minutes' walk.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

Had some great weeks in this apartment. The host Branko is the best. So responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment has everything you need. It’s fully equipped. The town is one of the best towns you could have. Nice beaches with good bars and restaurants. Medulin is just a 15 minutes drive. We didn’t like Pula. But you have to go to Rovinj. Such a beautiful and nice town. In short: could really recommend this place for a nice outdoor vacation. Lots to do in the town itself but also in the neighbourhood.
