Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Banjole

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Everything was just as described – clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was perfect, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable cats living in the yard – they were so friendly and brought us so much joy! The host was very kind and responsive. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

This was our second time at Bojan's but this time as it was only 2 of us, we booked the studio apartment. It is small but well equipped and clean, perfect for 2. The balcony is great, you can see the sea. It is in a peaceful location but in 10 minutes you are in "downtown" where you can find everything: shops, cafés, restautants, bus stop to Pula, the beaches and the departure point to the Brijuni islands. Our hosts were supernice and we enjoyed our stay very much, would definitely come again, I do recommend it.

A well-equipped and comfortable accommodation. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the time thanks to the great apartment and location. Darko was always available to us and that gave us a good feeling - really great hosts.

We stayed at Martina's place for almost a month and it couldn't be better! We felt right at home - she was very accommodating and super friendly. The flat had everything we needed for a long stay - fully equipped kitchen and comfy space. The area is beautiful and very calm, yet everything is within 7-10 mins drive like beaches, cafes and shops - exactly what we were looking for! There is even a sourdough bakery short walk away! The month passed by way too fast! We would love to stay here again!! Thank you Martina for being such an amazing host!!

Very nice place, ideal for two people. Looked a bit small on paper, but there was more than adequate for two people. Benefited from outside area and own parking space. With ready access to a bakery and shop. Beaches and Town, we’re both walkable, but also well served by public transport.

All info and photo were accurate. The condition of the children's play elements in the garden was as described in the reviews, which is a shame because we had a 2 year old son with us. However, there are also public playgrounds in Vinkuran. Otherwise, the apartment is very well equipped and practically equipped, especially the kitchen equipment is very good for preparing dishes. We were happy. Communication with the host was promising and efficient.
