Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Banjol

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

We had a lovely week with my family. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Super nice and clean house. Easy accessible. The outside area with the pool and the BBQ place is like it is shown on the pictures. Antonio is a nice and helpful host. If there were any questions we could ask him and could count on a quick response.

Lovely little house at the end of the village and a few minutes walk from the pier and the small beach. The house was perfectly equipped. The road continues as a hiking trail. Easy and nice communication with the owners.

Beautiful accommodation with a large garden and nice ambiance in Jadranovo. There are 2 paths to the beach nearby A quick one uphill (5 minutes, return more strenuous) and one through a small forest (10 minutes). Very well equipped. e.g. several sets of glasses, grill with prefabricated wood, good and beautiful household appliances, etc. Small supermarket and bakery within 15 minutes walking distance and larger cities by car approx. 15 - 20 minutes away. In addition, the host was quickly accessible, direct and very likeable :)

the apartment was perfect for our six-day vacation with my dog. there are sheeps wandering around, you can see both the mountains and the sea, there‘s fig trees and hiking paths everywhere. Below the apartment lives a sweet old dog who happily greeted us when we came home after beach days. We were very glad that the a/c worked really well and the kitchen was well-equipped - we made our own meals every day. We wanted to try the grill too, but in the end did not. Lana was a great host - she was very proactive and even prepared a plate of olives, cheese and hams AND a bottle of wine for our arrival. We were allowed to borrow her flippers for snorkeling and she offered to give us tips if we needed them. We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to crickets, sheep and the occasional dog while playing cards. Thank you so much for having us!

Emanuela was always easy to reach and very helpful. The perfect hostess. If we needed something, it was there in no time. The location is quiet, but it is not far to the restaurants at the harbor. The apartment was very clean, we had the garden to ourselves, I felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

Everything was as described and clean. Nina was a great host: responsive and easy to communicate with. We were very satisfied with everything.

Staying at Palmina was like staying with family. We immediately felt at home in this spacious and sparkling clean characteristic Croatian house with the super friendly and helpful Palmina as hostess. She prepared a dish for us three times: a delicious borek on arrival, tomatoes with gorgonzola and mozzarella as a side dish and a sourdough bread from her own starter that was still warm in a cloth at our front door in the morning. She also likes to think about excursions and gives useful and useful tips. The apartment has a great view over the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres. You need a car for shopping or visiting the coast, but we didn't find that a problem. If you like crowds, renting a lounger and parasol and lots of shops and restaurants, you can go directly down to the coast. If you prefer more peace and quiet and your own towel, turn right downstairs and follow the coastal road until it becomes greener.

We had a great stay at Sasa place, he was friendly and helpful. Nature is beautiful ! Cottage is very authentic and has basic equipment.

We enjoyed it with the children in nature and in the cottages that completely fit into it. Mr. Juraj ,Daniel and Alexandra we felt as accommodating as we were at home. Gulin and the surrounding area have something to offer both in the summer and in the winter. The Sabljaci , the museum and the house of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić, the surrounding nature ,Rastoke....

I stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very welcome right away! The host is very warm and helpful, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the information. Very quiet area and ideal for nature lovers! I can also highly recommend taking a tour on the host's boat on the nearby lake. All around a great experience, thank you!
