Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Banjol

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Ailemle birlikte güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Ev güzel dekore edilmişti ve olanakları güzeldi. Havuz çocuklarla keyifli vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Mangalin olmasi büyük bir avantajdi. Ev mahremiyet doluydu. Sakin, keyifli vakitler geçirdik. Ev sahibi cana yakin nazik biriydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Pişman olunmayacak konum ve imkanlara sahip güzel bir ev !

Perfekte Unterkunft ruhig und trotzdem zentral! Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Promenade und trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft angenehm ruhig und abgeschieden. Ideal, wenn man mal etwas lauter ist, ohne jemanden zu stören, und genauso perfekt, wenn man einfach seine Ruhe genießen möchte. Die kleine Villa ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Antonio ist ein super netter Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder! Egal ob mit Familie oder Freunden, Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung und die Terrassen sind äußerst gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Lage ist zentral aber sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wie empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Lovely little house at the end of the village and a few minutes walk from the pier and the small beach. The house was perfectly equipped. The road continues as a hiking trail. Easy and nice communication with the owners.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten und nettem Ambiente in Jadranovo. Es gibt 2 Wege zum Strand in der Nähe Einen schnellen über stiegen (5 Minuten, Rückweg anstrengender) und einen durch ein kleines Wäldchen (10 Minuten). Sehr gut ausgestattet. z.B mehrere Garnituren Gläser, Grill mit vorgefertigtem Holz, gute und schöne Haushaltsgeräte, usw. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar und größere Städte mit dem Auto ca. 15 - 20 Minuten entfernt. Zudem war der Gastgeber schnell erreichbar, direkt und sehr sympathisch :)

hote très gentil et accueillant, bonne literie dans les chambres mais petit bémol sur la 3 eme chambre , très petite environ 6 m2. maison agréable avec grande cuisine extérieure et belle vue.

the apartment was perfect for our six-day vacation with my dog. there are sheeps wandering around, you can see both the mountains and the sea, there‘s fig trees and hiking paths everywhere. Below the apartment lives a sweet old dog who happily greeted us when we came home after beach days. We were very glad that the a/c worked really well and the kitchen was well-equipped - we made our own meals every day. We wanted to try the grill too, but in the end did not. Lana was a great host - she was very proactive and even prepared a plate of olives, cheese and hams AND a bottle of wine for our arrival. We were allowed to borrow her flippers for snorkeling and she offered to give us tips if we needed them. We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to crickets, sheep and the occasional dog while playing cards. Thank you so much for having us!

Liljana est la personne la plus gentille que j'ai rencontré en air bnb ! C'est comme une maman. Tout le reste de la famille est accueillante également et entretiennent la propriété d'une main de maître. C'est simplement magique comme endroit. Un grand merci

Emanuela war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, war es binnen kürzester Zeit da. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber es ist nicht weit zu den Lokalen am Hafen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, wir hatten den Garten für uns, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto ciò che serve per starci bene. Da lì in poco tempo puoi raggiungere spiagge bellissime, o, in 40 minuti di auto, visitare Zara. La signora Biba è stata eccezionale: simpatica, discreta e dolcissima, ci ha davvero fatto sentire a casa, e gliene siamo molto grati.

Wir haben uns bei Manuela sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Manuela und Thomas haben uns sehr nett begrüßt und mit Tipps versorgt.

Everything was as described and clean. Nina was a great host: responsive and easy to communicate with. We were very satisfied with everything.

Logeren bij Palmina was als logeren bij familie. We voelden ons direct thuis in dit ruime en brandschone karakteristieke Kroatische huis met de supervriendelijke en behulpzame Palmina als gastvrouw. Tot drie keer toe heeft ze een gerecht voor ons bereid: een heerlijke borek bij aankomst, tomaten met gorgonzola en mozarella als bijgerecht en een zuurdesem brood van eigen starter die in de ochtend nog warm in een doek gepakt bij onze voordeur stond. Ook denkt ze heel graag mee over uitstapjes en geeft ze handige en bruikbare tips. Het appartement heeft een geweldig uitzicht over de zee en de eilanden Krk en Cres. Je hebt een auto nodig voor het doen van boodschappen of het bezoeken van de kust, maar dat vonden we geen enkel probleem. Hou je van drukte, het huren van een ligbed en parasol en veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes, dan kun je direct beneden aan de kust terecht. Hou je van meer rust en je eigen handdoek, sla dan beneden naar rechts af en volg de kustweg totdat het groener wordt.

Saša war super freundlich. Das ganze Ambiente sehr schön. Wir waren leider nicht bei bestem Wetter da, für genug Holz (auch kleines) zum Einheizen war allerdings gesorgt. Zusätzlich hat Saša uns am ersten Abend frittierte Pilze vorbeigebracht, und mit uns Schnaps angeboten. Einfach eine sehr schnuckelige Unterkunft :)

Uživali smo sa djecom u prirodi i u kucicama koje se potpuno u nju uklapaju.Gospodin Juraj ,Danijel i Aleksandra susretljivi osjećali smo se ko doma.Ogulin i okolica imaju šta za ponuditi i ljeti i zimi.Jezero Sabljaci ,muzej i kuca Ivane Brlić Mažuranić,okolna priroda ,Rastoke....

Ich war 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und habe mich direkt sehr willkommen gefühlt! Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist genau wie auf den Bildern und in den Infos angegeben. Sehr ruhige Gegend und für Naturliebhaber optimal geeignet! Ich kann auch sehr empfehlen, eine Tour auf dem Boot des Gastgebers auf dem nahegelegenen See zu machen. Rundum eine super Erfahrung, vielen Dank!
