We are delighted to offer this brand new converted steading building. Designed to include guests with varying levels of mobility the comfortable spaces provide a great balance of communal space with sleeping rooms. Sitting on the patio you can enjoy panoramic views over the countryside- which literally comes into your garden. At different times of the year you will see how we grow barley and wheat. We have regular wildlife visitors stopping in past- hares, deer, pheasants and other wild birds.

The Old Merchant House, Portsoy Harbour

“The Old Merchant House” is a stunning, iconic, grade A listed property sitting immediately on the harbour front in Portsoy and is located on the Moray Firth coastal footpath and National Cycle Route 1. The property has a date stone of 1726 and was originally the home of Alexander (Laird) Brebner, a famous merchant and renowned smuggler. The house featured in the 2016 remake of the film "Whisky Galore". More recently the house featured prominently in the latest TV series of Peaky Blinders.

Relax with the family at this peaceful home. Boasting a beautiful south facing view with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area at the back of the house, looking on to the back garden, with spacious decking area. At the front we have a lovely living room, with plenty space for the family. The master bedroom provides a king-sized bed and an en-suite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is currently empty, although we have a travel cot if needed.

The White House - Corgarff, Scotland

This spacious house is a rural Victorian Manse within the heart of the Cairngorm National Park and on the SnowRoads scenic route. It is the perfect location for those who want to explore the many attractions in the area or just to relax and take in the spectacular views from the secluded garden. The Lecht Ski area is only 5 miles away, and the Whisky Trail and Castle Trail are both great for days out. There are local hiking and mountain bike trails and fishing by arrangement.

A luxury 4 bed 4 bath stay set in 6 acres

The Old Church of Ord was built in 1834 and has recently been upgraded into a four bed roomed , four bathroom , dog friendly property set in six acres. The main hall has a wood burning stove in the seating area and a further lounge upstairs with views overlooking the garden .Outside there is a fenced garden with a barbecue , patio and wood burning hot tub for 8 with views of the surrounding countryside and Moray Firth. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.

Malvern Cottage - Cosy & Quiet

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Decorated in natural tones inspired by the forest around, this house will make you feel right at home. The cosy fireplace is great on colder days while the garden is magical on a beautiful day. Conveniently located in the heart of Nethy Bridge, close to the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is also within driving distance of Inverness, Aviemore and many picturesque villages like Carrbridge.

The Corner House

You'll find The Corner House, nestled in the heart of Hopeman, a coastal village situated on the picturesque shores of the Moray Firth; an outdoor lover's paradise. A short walk from the house, past the well-equipped play park, takes you to a choice of two gently shelving, sandy beaches, perfect for children (and grown-ups) to explore. Hours can be enjoyed pottering in the craggy rock pools or building sand castles on the soft sands.

The Beach House

Beach House Recently Refurbished, light, bright and brilliantly situated right on the Beach in the small village of Cruden Bay 26 miles North of Aberdeen. Bram Stroker himself holidayed in Cruden Bay back in the late 1800's and many believe that the Local Slains castle inspired Dracula. Also, right on the doorstep of this unique property is the World Famous Championship Golf Course featuring a par 70 Links Course.

Whether rain or shine you will not be disappointed with the location of our beautiful house. Just a 2 minute walk to the local pub, the Harbour Bar and the Quayside restaurant / takeaway where you can enjoy their award winning Fish and Chips. Aberdeen is a 25 minute drive to the north and Dundee a 40 minute drive to the south with many small fishing villages in between.
